Stay close to your true self, stop going out to meet other energies. . Stay healthy in your body and let go of the physical pain you are carrying from these pandemic years. . Create strength and stability in your physical, mental and emotional bodies so you can move in the world the way you would like to. . Recommit to love, in all ways with all beings. . Speak this aloud in words, communicate what you need, how you feel, where your boundaries are, what you are available for and to. Animate new aspects of yourself every day, while still remembering source.
