He doesn't cut his hair often; he lets it grow long and tangled. He'll keep it trimmed a little past his shoulder blades.
Y = Yuck (What are some things they wouldn’t like, either in general or in a partner?)
Nothing really comes to mind for something he would dislike. He wouldn't really like it if you keep nagging him or bothering him, especially when he's trying to sleep, or he's in a bad mood.
Z = Zzz (What is a sleep habits of theirs?)
He snores really loudly. He also moves around a lot and kicks. He's probably uncomfortable because he hasn't showered in a long time.
I hope this was good! I couldn't find too much on his specific personality, other than that he was aggressive and stuff like that. I think he would be a bit of a softy underneath everything.

A = Affection (How affectionate are they? How do they show affection?)
The most affectionate thing he would show is gifting you fingernails or teeth from his victims.
B = Best friend (What would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?)
You would both go on missions together or hunting (people). He MIGHT give you a piece of whoever's kidney he's munching on..
C = Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)
No. He dislikes getting too close to you or anybody at all. He's not into touching too much, worried he would accidentally try to kill and eat you.
D = Domestic (Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?)
He can't cook for shit. Nor does he bother cleaning; who would he clean for? You? Himself? Don't be silly. He's fine 'living' wherever he can get food.
E = Ending (If they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?)
He would be very straightforward, no shift in his tone, bland, "We should break up, you're too clingy". If he even gives a reason as he dissects his victim on the dirty floor.
F = Fiance(e) (How do they feel about commitment? How quick would they want to get married?)
He never thought you would live long enough to consider marrying, let alone even committing to a 'healthy' relationship.
G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)
Physically, he won't touch you unless you anger him by bothering him too much or trying to get too close. Emotionally... Well, he doesn't yell at you or anything, but you wouldn't catch him trying to hold your hand or comfort you in any way if you were grieving or in need.
H = Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?)
No. No touching. If he ever hugged you, you're probably only feeling his tight hug and not realizing his sharp claws in your back or his teeth ripping your throat apart.
I = I love you (How fast do they say the L-word?)
Why would he love someone? He doesn't need love; it's the last thing he needs. Even if he were to say it, he wouldn't mean it.
J = Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they’re jealous?)
He doesn't normally get jealous; there's nothing to be fond of. If he were to get jealous of something, he would stay silent, just staring at whatever was bothering him so much until he decided it didn't matter anymore and he had better things to do.
K = Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?)
If you ever got close enough to move his mask and kiss him, it would feel awkward. His lips are covered in dried blood. Better make it quick before he bites your lips with his sharp, pointed teeth. Doesn't matter anyway; he would kill you on the spot. If he were to kiss you, it would be your collar bone or neck, maybe a few sharp nibbles.
L = Little ones (How are they around children?)
Uncertain. They're an easy kill for him, but they're not fully developed; their kidneys would be small, making it not worth his time.
M = Morning (How are mornings spent with them?)
Nobody's really sure if he sleeps; the closest he gets is sitting or standing disturbingly still for 30 minutes to an hour, then going back to whatever he was doing without a single word.
N = Night (How are nights spent with them?)
All night, all you would hear is the sound of hands messing around in slimy guts, scratching on the walls and floors, chewing, and the SMELL. Good luck.
O = Open (When would they start revealing things about themselves? Do they say everything all at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?)
He doesn't remember his past much, if at all. He has nothing to say to anybody; if he did, he would be straight up and say it.
P = Patience (How easily angered are they?)
Short-tempered, but he doesn't lash out often; he'll just get annoyed and ignore you if he's busy. If not, say your prayers.
Q = Quizzes (How much would they remember about you? Do they remember every little detail you mention in passing, or do they kind of forget everything?)
He has a good memory (after his past). He also doesn't have eyes, but your smell, your voice, your personality, he would remember as he gnaws on your kidneys.
R = Remember (What is their favorite moment in your relationship?)
His favourite moment was when you left him alone for a full two days! He likes his alone time. His favourite moment with YOU was when you gifted him a huge kidney. Although he prefers hunting on his own, he can't say he didn't enjoy it very much.
S = Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you? How would they like to be protected?)
No. No matter the situation, if it doesn't involve him and nobody is getting in his business, he doesn't care. He MIGHT come to your defence if he is holding a grudge against someone, but he's not doing it for you; it's just because he's a little petty sometimes.
T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)
Little effort, most you'll get is, again, the fingernails and teeth sometimes when he's in a good mood. There's nothing he has to do during the day; even if he did, like washing dishes, he wouldn't.
U = Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?)
He leaves bodies around. Around the bedroom, the house, organs and guts in random places, some half-eaten or with bite marks in them. He doesn't bathe or wash his hands. He REEEEEEEKS, and his hands are coated in blood, guts, and probably everything else.
V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?)
Not concerned at all. He can't even see himself. Why should he care?
W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?)
No. Although if you were together for a while, then broke up, it would feel different. Who knows, maybe he subconsciously misses you.
X = Xtra (A random headcanon for them.)
He can climb walls. Not like Spiderman, but he digs his claws into the walls and ceilings for support. He used to talk a bit and walk on his legs, but now he barely speaks, he's always crouched, and was even caught walking around on all fours a few times. He's slowly losing what little humanity he had left.
He doesn't defecate, urinate, or do anything.
Y = Yuck (What are some things they wouldn’t like, either in general or in a partner?)
If you constantly say how disgusting it is that he rips open bodies and eats raw kidneys. It wouldn't necessarily bother him, but it would get to a point where he would get annoying and probably kill you.
Z = Zzz (What is a sleep habits of theirs?)
As mentioned previously, he'll stand or sit completely still. Maybe he's sleeping? Maybe he's deciding if he should finally kill you.

L would secretly have screen mirroring connected to your phone so he can see what you're doing on it whenever. Don't worry, he just uses it to see if he can find anything that interests you, so he can get Watari to buy it for you.
L wouldn't be fond of sharing his sweets and candies with you; instead, he would rather you have your own plate of sweets unless he were willing to offer you some of his.
L, instead of cuddling in bed (like he's ever even in one), would allow you to move your chair closer to his, side-by-side, even while he works on cases at his desk.
When you and Light would chat, L would periodically glance over at you both, jealous. Although he would never admit it, there would be signs.
- He would keep your chair close to his for the rest of the day.
- He would crunch crunchy snacks more loudly, almost to disrupt your chatting with Light.
- He would fidget more and overall just have this grumpy, pouty look.
If you and L were up late at night working together on a case and he noticed you were asleep, he would get Watari to grab a blanket for you as he gives you a peck on the forehead.
He would periodically get distracted watching you sleep peacefully as you quietly drool on the desk, and he would smile softly.
When you wake up that morning, he would offer you some tea or coffee as he sipped on his.
