If this kids online safety act bill passes I’m willing to bet that in the coming years we’ll see the most blatant suppression of freedom of speech in our lifetime and it’ll only get worse, I think that soon we’ll have to put in our id to just use the internet itself if not full government takeover of the internet as a whole. It’s honestly hard to think about especially with companies like YouTube readily doing it without the government telling them to, so make your voice heard before the government takes that away too
