All workout spaces matter. 💪🏽 . Whether it’s at the gym, at home, in a studio, at a park, in an Airbnb/hotel or a parking lot, when you are committed to your “where”, it doesn’t matter - as long as it gets you steps closer to your “why”! . Personally, I like to switch things up to keep it SPICY! I typically alternate between working out at home, the outdoors, a local fitness studio, or Airbnb/hotel. It all depends on my schedule. HOME - This is my go-to workout space. It it is convenient and works for my busy schedule (especially on the weekdays). OUTDOORS - If the weather is nice, I will take my workout to a local park or even go for a run. STUDIO - I love trying new classes to keep my body guessing. I will plan ahead to take a class near my job (or home) when my schedule permits AIRBNB/HOTEL - When I travel, I try to stick to my workout routine as much as possible.
