I guess this is my first summer that i don’t have any plans or activities other than studying.....

6th July - What do you usually do during the summer? Is anything different this year?

We usually go on a family vacation for at least two weeks or travel abroad with my friends and their families. But this year I don’t have a summer..

Brigsby Bear, nostalgia culture and millennial optimism a little off topic but an essay about a film that questions our need to attach our identities to our past and our childhoods in particular, questionning whether we should put our faith into recreating our old loves or creating new ones - i think its relevant based on the films perspective on art

Here are my collection of new plants (❤️) and some notes I wrote down this afternoon reading a paper for my PhD (for the first time!) . I'm trying out black ink for my foutain pen and got loads on my fingers...
