So....

I haven’t really made this obvious or loud or even shared this, but I feel like I’m ready to do so. I was raised in a Christian environment because of my mother and in a spiritual, metaphysical environment because of my father. They’re divorced, so whenever I’d feel a “holy connection" I’d begin to meditate in order to go on spiritual trips. Those two things don’t go hand in hand. I was always closer to my dad’s belief because Christianity for me has never once made sense- I’m a girl of science and fact. I need to see and then I’ll believe. I don’t give anyone blind faith. Never have. But six years ago I was introduced to Wicca through a school friend. I never thought much of it- just a whole bunch of “nature freaks." I was so wrong. I didn’t know anything about Wicca. But I’ve always been drawn to it. A while ago I got interested deeply and decided to study it. The more I read about it, the more certain things make sense to me. It just... Fills me up in the best way.
