These words aren't predictions, they're just jumbled thoughts I'm sharing to discuss them. We can't predict what Sensei will bring us, only guess right or wrong, and she always surpasses our highest expectations with something surprising and spectacular.
Yearnings for the immediate future.
In chapter 66, we left off with that passionate kiss. My most immediate wish is that this time Yashiro will finally give herself to someone he loves. Now that he has no more doubts about Doumeki's feelings, nor about him own, the sadness and harshness of volume 8 are behind him, as are the fears and despair of volume 9. While each encounter brought them closer, they were filled with doubts, fears, and secrets on both sides. Yashiro couldn't express what he truly longed for from Doumeki, and Doumeki fought with all his might not to show himself so in love, for fear that Yashiro would run away from him. But now, none of that remains. Doumeki confessed absolutely everything in chapter 64, and Yashiro, who had already understood his own feelings but was unable to give them voice, opens a door that had never been touched before.
I wonder if Sensei would give us that: a scene of them making love, truly making love. Without interruptions, without trauma, without fear. Of two people who yearn for each other physically and emotionally. I would like to see it. Yashiro taking the reins this time, undressing Doumeki, desiring him, kissing every inch of his body. Yes, please, Yashiro, play with those sensitive nipples (I'm going to sound like a pervert, and I won't apologize for it). Giving him oral s3x, I miss seeing that Yashiro melting with desire, with that sensuality that could ignite even the sun. I would like to see Yashiro on top of Doumeki; after all, Doumeki has a gunshot wound, so he wouldn't be able to move very actively. A while ago, I drew Yashiro and Doumeki making love in the lotus position, which is the most romantic position in the Kama $utra. Gazing, embracing, caressing, their heart lines aligned. If Sensei would grant us something like that... Can you imagine? Oh beloved Goddess Yoneda, hear our fervent pleas from an audience that loves you. Amen.
I'd love to see Yashiro like that; I think Doumeki would cry, and we would too.
My other thoughts revolve around what will happen with Kai, Doumeki, and this whole mess.
There are many pieces on the board, not just Doumeki. The resolution of Doumeki killing Kai and going to jail seems so obvious that I doubt we'll see it, but you never know with Sensei. So, here are my crazy wishes: I'd like Nanahara or Kamiya to take on that responsibility, and here's why:
In Nanahara's case, we know he's a Yakuza with a heart straight out of a movie. He believes in loyalty, family, honor, and duty. He longs to be part of a group, to be that Yakuza from an '80s movie. It's his conviction. But, as things stand now, that's not possible. His loyalty lies with Yashiro, yet he has never stopped communicating with Misumi.
On the other hand, there's the sense of duty and guilt. He was the one who ordered Doumeki to cut off his finger; he couldn't protect Yashiro, and Yashiro lost an eye. And then there are the recent events: Nanahara didn't protect Yashiro in front of Tsunakawa's house. If it hadn't been for Doumeki, who risked everything, including his life, to protect Yashiro, then he wouldn't have anyone left to call President. That bullet was headed straight for one of our beloved protagonist's vital points, and presto, Saezuru is finished because of Nanahara (just kidding). Nanahara must feel immense guilt and be grateful to Doumeki, and we see that in chapter 66, he's desperate for Yashiro and wants to help Doumeki. I admit it bothered me to see Nanahara saving his own skin instead of being vigilant and protecting Yashiro. But he's a man who cares; he carries every mistake with responsibility and torment.
If Nanahara decides to kill Kai and go to jail, wouldn't that guarantee him a position within the group? He could be rewarded, but that would definitely be the end of his relationship with Yashiro, but then Doumeki would be left to replace him. It's a scenario I'd like to see, and without a doubt, Nanahara would become a hero to us all for protecting our beloved main couple.
But what if it were Kamiya?
He desires a promotion within the group, and he's said so in the past: he wanted to be promoted alongside Doumeki. He's also a Yakuza, but based on past events, we've discovered that his sense of loyalty also lies with Doumeki. He genuinely cares for him. If he reports to Tsunakawa that Doumeki couldn't kill him due to incompetence or anything else, he would still be excommunicated, and Kamiya would go to prison for the honor of the group and to fulfill his duty. Upon his release, he would be recommended for his long-awaited promotion. Kamiya, who has no one, would become the unexpected hero protecting those who have earned something. Doumeki would be forever grateful and could be with Yashiro without any burden on his shoulders.
It would truly be surprising, and liberating, for Yashiro and Doumeki's right-hand men to make this kind of move. I'd love to see these scenarios. It would be sad because, yes, one of them would be locked up for a while. I imagine Yashiro visiting Nanahara in prison, and that puts me in a good mood. Yashiro would feel responsible, but it's heartwarming.
And the third and craziest of all is that Inami grabs Kai, 😂🤣🤣🤣🤭 This would be truly insane, but I don't think so, I don't know. We'd have to thank someone we deeply hate, and if that happens, the author would put all their readers in a contradiction, a sadistic move on her part for all her masochistic readers. I'd have a lot of fun with this possibility.
After so many years here, Saezuru is a part of my days. My life has gone through so many changes in recent years, but they are a constant. Sometimes I get depressed thinking about when all this will end; I wish I could always have them. I hope I never lose these friends that Saezuru has given me, that we can continue making fan art for life and talking about them for many years to come. But I also hope my heart doesn't break. I want Yashiro and Doumeki to be happy, just like everyone else. They deserve it, we need it. In the end, this story belongs to Sensei, and she'll know how to conclude it, but yes, I want the rain to stop and the dawn to smile upon our beloved protagonists.
And you, what theories do you have? Do you like these scenarios?
