5 day Art Workshop in rural France
Join us in rural Southwestern France in the Dordogne Valley for 3 days of art workshops to explore the possibilities in abstract painting, mark making, making forms and the creation of your own new color palette.
With everything happening in the world we understand that travel is difficult, but we also understand that people need to explore new things in the world and develop their passions. So in this magical place we offer you the opportunity to do just that. Here you can really get away from it all, where there are no cases of Coronavirus, where you can breath deeply and not feel confined to the constraints of the world as we know it now, but where things are clean and safe for you, where figs grow on trees and rabbits hop around in the early morning.
My partner, prized Italian chef Luis Agostini will provide private home cooked meals representing the region as well his Italian roots. He will also provide a book of recipes from the meals he creates and his cooking will be live and interactive so you can ask him questions about his process. There will also be a wine and cheese tasting from our local vineyards and farms. Luis and I are keeping workshops small with a maximum of 8 people present for each session.

We have a beautiful place for guests to stay, to relax, to eat and to work. It is a very special location near an “etang” a little lake attached to the river Dronne. It has beautiful original stone features and architectural details. This gte was lovingly restored by a lovely Belgian couple Marc and Pascale, They will be your accomodation hosts. The kitchen and dining are open and full of light. The bedrooms are comfortable, modern and clean, and so are the bathrooms. There are large gardens to roam around in and a swimming pool, but it might be too cold from that. Here is a link tot eh gite so you can discover more about it. There are 5 en suite bedrooms in the main house and then another 2 more bedrooms in another cottage on the property.
