I have never read or watched Death Note and i know the whole ‘book that kills people’ premise but from all the shit i see on here it seems to be two teenaged boys acting out this scene over and over

Stay engaged.
may you one day soon find the courage to open the tubberware container in the back of the fridge inshallah
@abx5 how does it feel to have single handedly saved the lives of thousands?
#put it in the deepest and coldest part of the freezer for a few days before dealing with it #it wont save you but it will minimize the stench
#if it's plastic throw it away#the mould is in the plastic now I'm sorry it's ok just throw it out#if it's glass do the freezer trick and clean it (via @sleepymccoy)
I feel like this will save a few more people.
‘Idk why the fandom says bruce isolated cass’ maybe because it was written that way 😭😭
Omg bro bruce apologists that never think he did anything wrong are so annoying, when he met cassandra for the first time, he was highly impressed by her skills and saw her more of a weapon than an actual human being because she couldn’t express herself like a regular teenage girl because of how she grew up, and instead of seeing that and wanting to give her a choice as to whether she wants to be a full time crime fighter or a part timer with a secret identity and a normal life, because she never had a chance to experience what a normal life would be so her insisting on training all day is not really HER choice, he separated her from babs (the only person who wanted cass to have a normal life as well) and put her in her own batcave instead of giving her an apartment with a training room or smth, and when he let her go on holiday it wasn’t actually genuine and then he claimed she hated it when like what i said it wasn’t a real holiday, so yes bruce did to some extent isolate cass, and him not wanting her to have a bf is not ‘another story’ that’s literally proof of him isolating her, if it was dick for example as robin, he wouldn’t have given two flying fucks if he was on a date, also him not wanting her to fight metas has absolutely nothing to do with that (so idk why they brought that up when there is no correlation).
"character deserved better" (but they were never going to get it that's the stuff great tragedies are made of) vs "character deserved better" (but the writers really blew it)
i never really got it when people made posts about light pollution and seeing all the stars for the first time and crying. i always assumed that everyone has gone on a road trip to a bortle 1.0 place and seen stars like that, and it's fantastic, but not like life changing. and then i went to europe last month and was in a mountaintop village of like 300 people and could see about 5 stars in the sky. like fewer than i can see from my home in a big metropolitan city.
my apologies to the non-africans, i did not realise how fucked your sky is
you mean to tell me there's an animated series with Cassandra Cain as batgirl and Duke Thomas as robin but it's for preschoolers
Someone will say "as a queer person in the heart of empire, my life is in danger every day" and you'll find out they're a developer for Amazon and live in San Francisco or Seattle or some shit, and then you'll meet a trans girl from Alva, OK who's like "Yeah, things are pretty good. AutoZone moved me to full-time."
Someone in a queer group in my current blue city said that they didn't like expressions of solidarity because it "diluted their oppression".
#That's what I mean when I say the foundation of feminism and queer community should not fixate on victimhood #Once you feel that our suffering is our shared experience an not our love then our suffering becomes vital to the culture #I don't want a culture where suffering is vital #I want a culture where love is celebrated #The suffering is an imposition not a prerequisite #And yeah I sure fucking hope our oppression is diluted bitch you WANT us freebasing the uncut shit???
Really funny one two punch on my dash this morning
I sometimes see people push back against opinions of Cass becoming a Batman successor because ages “not a good enough detective” or stuff like she’s a “one trick pony” And while Cass has done detective stories before and been trained at it, even if we pretend that she needs to start from zero and go from there… wouldn’t that be part of the intrigue? Watching her grow and learn? Watching her Become everything the Batman needs to be? Wasn't that what you guys loved when Dick was Batman, watching him get used to it and make it his own?
Found this on a video about the living weapons trope. And I started thinking about how we should clown on David more. Imagine teaching your daughter to read body language and not at all considering that seeing somebody die in front of her might be kind of confronting for her.
Absolute clownery.
David Cain when empathy turns out to be a really shitty superpower for an assassin
absolute steph portrait!!<3
One of my favorite things about cassandra cain blowing up as a character is that stephanie brown is inexorably tied to her, so theres less chance of her fading into obscurity
“Oh, Steph forced her way into being Robin!” It’s called taking initiative in a male dominated workplace.
"Oh, so its okay to write graffiti on 'fascist' property because they come from a different political viewpoint than you? What if a 'fascist' destroyed your property, would it be okay then??"
I mean... im constantly scrubbing slurs off of our pride stuff, and off of public property while being verbally harassed by homophobes in public so its kinda hard to look at this like I threw the first punch, you know?
Word already had a word count?! That WORKED?
You made a computer that can't COUNT?!
