Something I wish they kept in The Hobbit movies was Bilbo constantly being carried. Chased by goblins, getting carried. Can’t climb a tree, gets carried up it. Gets tired, gets carried.

I love how in “The hobbit” Thorin was like:

—Hmm… who could stole the Arkstone? One of the dwarves i’ve known for decades including my heirs… OR the BUGLAR that we LITERALLY hired to STEAL the Arkstone?

—Nah, Bilbo is too cute and funny and gorgeous

and clever to be a traitor.

And five seconds before he was like:

—NOBODY will touch any of these!!! This treasure is MINE and only MiNE! Oh, Bilbo, take this magic shirt that is the second most valuable thing here. You’ll look sexy in it… Safe! I mean you’ll be SAFE with it in a fight!

Unless one is an actual gazelle#thankyou Mr. Viggo for that Real Human rep (saving @jonairadreaming's excellent tags because everyone who has ever tried running down an incline over uneven, possibly shifting, ground knows you try to get down there as fast as possible with the least amount of time of foot actually touching the ground and constantly being prepared to shift your weight to keep your balance. By the time the stones actually shift from your weight you already want to be two steps away)
