I believe this is one of the greatest portraits I have done so far. (60 x 120 cm)

Okay, so in order to protest this post update, we need to log off (applications + computers) for a period of time from Tumblr. This will be on March 20th starting at 6AM UTC. Some are starting on March 18th (which is better). In any case, it will be until March 21st (or longer if you wish).

I dont know when I'll finish it but I'm quite happy with how it look so far and wanted to share it with you.

The way Elizabeth's face dropped...

Did anyone else see a kind of universal female experience™ in this scene, when Victor confessed his feelings?

"Yay I'm happy to spend time with my friend who shares my unique interests!" 🌻☺️🦋

"My friend is not my friend, he's just a man who wants to bang me." 🌧️

I feel like her acting was so subtle but so powerful in that scene 😭 You could just see a thousand facets of disappointment, sadness, disgust and acceptance passing over her face, reevaluating all of their past encounters within the blink of an eye.

I am once again generalizing people's experiences, but to me it feels like pretty much every female female friend of mine (and myself) have had at least one experience just like this within our lives 😩 And then men will act like being in the "friendzone" is a punishment 😞

So umm .....🤐yeah🥵

Adam and Elizabeth.

Adam mentions at one point that he read stories of men fighting dragons, It made me wonder if he ever imagined a different ending for him and Elizabeth. Something a bit more akin to a storybook ending.
