reproductive rights is not a euphemism for abortion rights or the right of people to become pregnant, it also includes the rights of trans women to not be forcibly sterilized to get gender marker changes or the ability to freeze sperm. but those two things rarely make it on the radar even when trans women's reproductive rights are under attack.

also the rights of trans women to be mothers to their children, something which is frequently ripped away or used as leverage.

because the cisgender ex wives of trans women frequently use transphobic rhetoric to try to get the court to deny or curtail custody for the childrens' trans mother. telling judges that their ex wives are "distressing the children by transitioning too fast" or "exposing the children to dangerous strangers [her queer/trans friends]" or even "are too mentally ill to be a responsible parent."

and in a lot of jurisdictions, this works. even in ones where it doesn't, it usually makes the divorce incredibly stressful and expensive - the threat of losing your children hanging over your head for like a year while you go through the divorce is an unimaginably horrid stressor.

ok sorry to double reblog BUT I just looked him up and he does these fantastic videos where he breaks down HOW he actually mimics the other artists’ styles. Like for ed Sheeran, he explains how he brings his voice forward in the mouth, while Adam Levine sings in the back of the mouth, stuff like that. I had a dream that Pepsi released a candy called “Pepsi Particles” that were caviar sized, spherical pepsi logos that fizzed in your mouth. The packaging was a blue and silver pouch with a pepsi logo surrounded with rings like an atom, there were crystal pepsi and pepsi blue flavors as well. I can’t stop thinking about them.
