i don’t understand why in the adaptation they try to show percy is relating luke somehow. ‘when luke explained why he planned to take down olympus, part of it made sense to you, didn’t it?’ one thing about percy is he never in a million years believed luke’s actions were acceptable. he saw the signs from the very beginning and he drew the line. he even suspicted annabeth because she couldn’t stop finding excuses for luke. he had placed himself opposite of him. he saw what can be done better without hurting others like luke did. he used his chances every time to create better opportunities for demigods & their world. luke and percy were never in the same line.
