I finally finished my Murder Drones fanfiction!

I started conceptualizing an AU of Murder Drones around late July, a few weeks after I watched episode 8.
August 18 2025 is when I started writing my AU, and posted my last chapter today.
I didn't know what I was doing, so I just yapped as much as I could so it looks really messy. Sorry ehe.

So what is my AU about?
The AU takes place in Copper-9, where disassembly drones were truly built by JCJenson to act as its military force.
When Copper-9 imploded due to unknown circumstances, three planet's humanity was wiped out. Leaving the worker drones to take the place of humans just like in canon.
Believing the implosion was caused by worker drones disassembly drones were deployed to eliminate them in fear of rouge AI growing too much and becoming a threat to humanity.
N was part of a group of squads sent to wipe out Uzi's home in Copper-9. During the raid, N witnesses Khan's sacrifice. Disregarding his life in favor of Uzi's. This caused N to learn that worker drones were sentient. That they've been massacring drones that can feel and think much like themselves.
He defects, saving Uzi and even convincing V to defect with him and Uzi.
Now traitors, the company hunts them down, and they are forced to live in the apocalyptic world that is Copper-9—swarming with disassembly drones ready to eliminate them when encountered.

Main cast:
Uzi - we all know her, we all love her. She's the gremlin with the powers of god and anime.
N - the lovable idiot who saw life in worker drones when told they were nothing more than rogue AI.
V - the best performing combat disassembly drone with a high disassembly rate among the best disassembly drones.
A - an OC of mine. He's a worker drone that suffered trauma from his entire home being wiped out by V. He spends years hiding, surviving and hunting down V for revenge.
J - the leader of the squad and one of the highest ranking commanders stationed in Copper-9. Despite her being harsh and strict—especially with N, she really cares about her squad. She sees them as family tho she doesn't show it very well.

I have a lot of OCs in this story, with lore of their own. I ended up making a really complex world that went above what I expected lol. As a result, the story may have holes or sound stupid but that's the beauty of fanfiction. I made whatever the fuck I wanted xD.

This fanfiction was the result of the burning passion I have with Murder Drones. It's been my fixation since the first time I watched it. So this AU was made with a lot of love for the show.
