In episode 4 of hexes and hoes I was challenged by my cohost to do some art for specific epithets of Hekate.

As promised I have done so!

In order we have Hekate Brimo, Hekate Einalia, and Hekate as the collective of all her epithets.

These are my interpretations and personal experiences with Hekate. If anyone else has a different interpretation I would love to hear and/or see it!

Hexes and hoes is a podcast in which two girls work their way through exploring witchcraft and various pagan religions.

If you don’t like cringe you probably do not want to listen in, we are unapologetically ourselves😅

If you like cringe or at least can stand it for about an hour at a time then have a seat and listen in!

The goal had been to post monthly and we have…mostly kept to that schedule. Going forward we should be more regular as we get into the swing of things and scheduling smoothes out. Episode 4 has been recorded and is in the editing stages. It should hopefully be out soon if not by the end of April. We swear we are doing our best to stick to the schedule we set for ourselves💀

Point being! We’re new to podcasting and mostly just screaming into the void and trying to make sense of our own lives and experiences and hoping that maybe it helps someone else out a bit too.

As always we’d love to hear from you. Thoughts and critics are always welcome. Do be gentle though I am a little bit of a cry baby pisces😂.

No but seriously we’d love to get feedback and as long as it’s done respectfully my cohost and I promise to keep an open mind and take any critics or feedback as seriously as we can.

My lovely cohost is posting these on our insta but I figured I would also put them here.

This is my design for Hekate. It is meant to be a tattoo but in general I also just enjoy using this style when doing depictions of the gods and goddesses.

I do have designs done in one of my other styles but this is my preference.

I built a sigil into the designs, which later became a feature of the designs I did for other deities.

Going back a bit to episode 2 when talking about the Deipnon I think I mentioned that I took some photos of my altar for Hekate as I wrapped up my personal practice.

As mentioned in our as of now unposted next episode I am so bad about posting and so these are getting put out there a biiiiiiit late…a lot late.
