i was looking through the Doll Parts Bin -> found this old head sculpt i made, and a torso that happened to match in size -> decided to cobble together a fae. decorating things with fake plants & miscellaneous bits is definitely one of my happy places in art.

the dragonfly wing frame files are from here. i added a coating of thick varnish tinted with acrylics to fill in the holes and make them fit the vibe.

the fact that we only have “herculean task” and “sisyphean task” feels so limiting. so here’s a few more tasks for your repertoire

icarian task: when you have a task you know you’re going to fail at anyways, so why not have some fun with it before it all comes crashing down

cassandrean task: when you have to deal with people you KNOW won’t listen to you, despite having accurate information, and having to watch them fumble about when you told them the solution from the start (most often witnessed in customer service)

One more thing fell out of the stocking, one more!

I discovered the Wally’s have started getting dropped off at everyone’s respective home! (I've talked about it on Twitter when I first saw! Folks have been drawing Wally confusedly looking at a Map... It's true, so true, I have a hard time reading those too, no wonder not all the Wallys have been delivered!) Thank you all so much again for supporting that campaign and Welcome Home in general! (To Makeship to for making it possible!) I’m so happy everyone is as enamored with him as I was! So this is going to be funny to say, but I love to personalize a small plush guy! It makes them feel right at home, I tell myself! I wanted to experiment with a voice box inside of the Wally plush (I think a smell is also possible, but how extravagant!) Anywho, just as a treat, I wanted to offer everyone Wally’s unfiltered, kind words he spoke in the commercials for the Makeship plush! Perhaps it will be a fun sound to have for yourself! (I will see if my Wally would like a voice box and get Back to you on that! I don’t want you to have to rip your own asunder for nothing!)

Thank you Wally's voice actor, @friendlyfrankenstein for the wonderful recordings! As well as the improvised dancing segment voice lines! (Also... His incredible Aaa...) Anywho, Happy holidays!
