Good morning World. I have a 5k race coming up and I’m here in bed lol. I have the motivation and drive, but my body is saying rest and just be. So that is exactly what I am going today before I get ready for work. Sometimes our bodies say rest, but our minds don’t. So this morning I’m taking a rest day and it’s such a pleasure to do so 🥰 Happy Friday 🥰
