I cook it twice through! Once in the fry pan and then in the oven. The sauce is made out of whatever spices I have on hand, lots of onion and garlic and then I add either a homemade or store bought bbq sauce! It’s soooooo good! ❤️

Einfach mit einem Sparschäler streifen schneiden, kurz blanchieren und mit einem Sugo eurer Wahl genießen. . 🍎🍏Foodfact🍏🍎: Brokkoli hat zurecht den Ruf unglaublich gesund zu sein. Er hält gesund und munter. Der hohe Anteil an Folsäure unterstützt die Gehirn-und Nervenfunktion, das Herz-Kreislaufsystem, die Bildung roter Blutkörperchen und die Fruchtbarkeit. Mit 135 mg Vitamin C pro 150 g Brokkoli regt er wie ein Booster den Stoffwechsel an und trägt dabei noch zur Festigkeit von Bindegewebe, Knorpel und Knochen bei. Außerdem ist Brokkoli auch sehr reich an Indol-3-Carbinol.
