I can not tell you what this means to me. I’ve been a fan of “Sailor Moon” since I was about 8 years old (I’m now 35). I remember sneaking myself off to my grandma’s to watch all the huge Uranus & Neptune episodes (106, 110 and 111). When I got back into the fandom in my 20s, I quickly discovered the musicals and they are my favorite form of “Sailor Moon”. I love the myus so much, I know all the songs and dances by heart. I started cosplaying Michiru in all of her civics 15 years ago and never looked back, the biggest honor performing in her myu uniform. Shina Tanaka and Misaki Aoki do Uranus and Neptune so much justice. It’s their elegance and determination, always with a wink, which won me immediately. They were the kindest when my phone wasn’t up for the big, big moment. But I also couldn’t take my eyes of Juri Tamayama, akarin and Hihana Saijyo. Shining Moon Theater meant so much for me. Experiencing a whole new story to the beloved epos that is “Sailor Moon” was mind blowing. All of the actresses are as well. We saw Sufa in London, absolutely phenomenal!
