I haven't posted in years, and this will surely go into the ether, but I need to say this: don't erase your old fanfic accounts because you're worried about someone finding it. Yeah, you may feel embarrassed, but I'd rather a bit of embarrassment than my situation now, having erased all of my stories off of ff.net. I'm going back and rereading old things, and it gives me a lot of joy because it reminds me of a time when I was unabashedly a fan of things, and of a time where I felt bold and brave enough to put things I was creating into the world without worrying what would come of it. I just wanted to share in community. We don't do enough of that anymore.

We'll see if this is my return to tumblr. Who knows?

I don’t think I made it very clear but last month I was sexually assaulted by someone who I thought was my friend (I don’t want to talk about it don’t ask), and it’s… really fucked with my head. 

Had I known this a month ago I would have been able to get away.
