Productivity for Work from Home Moms _ Stop multitasking. Studies show that it slows your progress down. _ Get more sleep. While the deadlines might be irritating, get some extra sleep. Yes it seems impossible, but your body will thank you and your brain will function better. _ Delegate extra chores. This doesn't have to mean hiring someone. Have your groceries delivered. Order from a food service company. _ Be self aware. What are you good at? What do you struggle with? Pick time management systems that work WITH you, not against you. _ Don't create an incredibly long to do list. Having too many tasks that you're trying to complete will simply slow you down. Focus on a small number of tasks each day and slowly work through them. _ Mindset. Think positively! Allowing negative thoughts to stay in your head can really affect you. Focus on what you CAN do rather than what you haven't done. _ Don't be too hard on yourself. Relax. Remember to take time to just be present with your family. Yes, deadlines are calling and the work never ends.
