The really ugly part is they’ve actually done multiple sociological studies on this, and guess what the result is? Men in female-dominated fields aren’t marginalized at all; they get special treatment and are fast-tracked to the top, getting more credit for their work, faster promotions, and greater pay and benefits than their female colleagues.

Season 7 of OUaT, great Cast-astrophe? or will we find love again?
Lets face it, Once has been on a downward spiral since season 3, this huge loss of core cast could be an opportunity to take the show back to basics again. It would be unfortunate to miss most of the characters we all know and love, but maybe we will find love again!
I would much rather we go back to a show to the vein of series 1 and lose the cast (apart from Lana haha) than stick with this shitstorm any longer. yes the cast was fantastic, everyone was perfect for their role, but with them, it can never go back to the way it was.
When they said that Magic always comes with a price, I had no idea that price would be getting emotionally invested in a TV show that progressively gets worse by the episode. But now that I see that, I truly understand what Rumples dastardly plan has been all along.

In season 4 when we believed it couldn't get much worse than the frozen story arc...
Now I don’t even care if SQ never happens... I JUST WANT THE SHOW TO BE GOOD AGAIN. I don’t understand how it can be this bad now, they have an amazing cast, a fantastic costume department, a unique concept and an incredible 1st season.... HOW DID WE GET HERE?!
I would rather go back to season 4 now, at least it started to pick up in the second half... but now there is just no light at the end of the tunnel, the tunnel is gone, we are now just underground, in the dirt. Do the two idiots take it as a challenge when we say it cant get much worse? WHY DO THEY HATE THEIR OWN SHOW?!
Although the bar scenes were hilarious... OUaT was really short this week... not too sure what that craptain hook nonsense they were playing during the adverts was all about though.
That CS proposal was probably the most intensely sad and fearful ‘happy’ occasion I have ever witnessed on OUaT.
Hook was drunk and sounded more like he was going to break up with Emma. Then Emma sounded terrified that she already knew what he was going to ask.
Yeah, okay, maybe they wanted to go for the old emotional switcharoo and make everyone think he was going to break up with her... but really show? are you getting that desperate for gasp, surprise moments?
Also, this is not character growth for Emma. She’s not taken her walls down, she’s so vulnerable right now its like shes taken her skin off and she’s terrified hook will throw salt at her again.

I don't think you can compare OUAT and LOK in that manner. LOK did not plan Korrasami from the start. It is something that has developed through the seasons and then they decided to do it. So for the first 2 seasons, that wasn't the plan. OUAT, on the other hand, has always been about Emma and Regina and their relationships to each other, Henry and Snowing. I believe that the subtext of the show is the actual story. SQ has always been the plan, and it will happen in the last season.
It doesn't really matter at what point they decided to do anything, my point was that after I anticipated Korrasami, whilst never expecting it to happen, only to be surprised beyond belief when it did. I then started to be more optimistic about what I was seeing in OUAT...
