The Aruza series will consist of three novels.
Mind you, each is a working title.
In the vast emptiness of space, it was said that Mother Gaia,
Creator of All, stuck own hands deep within her chest to pull
out her own heart, and from her heart, ripped it into two. One
half absorbed all the Light in the universe, the other Darkness.
These two halves became sentient, and are know known as
Jasmine and Zylox, the Goddess of Light and the God of Dark.
In her creative and kind spirit, Mother Gaia created the Elemental’s,
three Gods who took it upon themselves to create the known
Universes around us, and the very planets we stand on. Zydro,
The God of Inferno, controls the Energies that surge through
out Galaxy. Our Sun, our warmth, our fire, our very ability to
move our flesh is caused by Them. Leviathan, the seeker of
knowledge, has granted us with the waters of life. Waters that
have sown so deep into the earths around us that light cannot
touch it, what secrets lie so deep is only known to her. Binoz,
the loyalest son to Mother Gaia, has shaped our planet with
his rocks and tree, mountains so high and caves so deep.
Beginnings tells the Story of how Aruza was shaped, and sets
the story for The Last Stand, as soon Raine; a mortal woman
comes into contact with the God of Dark, and finds true love.
But when their son finds himself in a forbidden library, curiosity
calls to him, and opens one book he wish he hadn’t. The books
pages bound by the soul of Nuves, a previous Dragon Lord driven
mad by the powers of Darkness. Now his soul possess’ Simon,
the youngest of the twins, and with this new body; Nuves takes Zylox’s
scythe and kills Raine and Zylox.
Plunged into war, nearly 200 hundred years have passed since the
death of Zylox, his kingdom in ruin and his people scattered across
the other nations. With the Gods forbidden from interfering with the
mortals in such violent matters; they can only sit and watch as Nuves
destroys their homes and kills their people. But the Aruzan’s from
each nation are strong, granted abilities from the Gods themselves.
Born from mixed blood, Richard Nala Awknik is one of the three
chosen to wield the chosen blades of the Gods. His journey to the
other Nations to find it, however, seems to become a task. As he sets
out to find the legendary blade, he finds himself in the company of a
king; a very powerful king in fact. Waltor of Binan, his previous surname
struct from history when he became King of the Binan people. He is the
only King who sits on the throne to be born of flesh, but no longer. Waltor
had enacted the Binan Right during combat, and was granted such by his
God; Binoz. His flesh torn from his body, bone twisted into wood and plant;
his muscle replaced with Quartz, his skin made up of fine sand; at first glance
he looks human.
A surprise attack from an Assassin leads to a friendly game of cat and
mouse when Richard recognizes a scar on the assassin’s body, one that
he gave to a little girl in his youth by accident. Calling out her name, she
replies; and it is revealed that the Assassin is none other than Triana Shinju.
A Zydran who thought Richard was dead a long time ago, due to his section
of the nation being attacked. The three of them travel together until they come
across all three blades; and eventually certain events happen.
... I won’t tell most of it cause I don’t want to ruin it. ;)
Orex plans to rebuild the Zylan Kingdom from it’s ashes. With his new
people, the Oriens, he plans to help rebuild a place where Darkness can
rule with peace and show the world that Darkness is nothing to fear, except
those who wield it with anger and evil. However, the true Zylans who wished
not to convert to Orien, feel that the Kingdom should lay rest as a gravesight,
and reminder of what has been lost. Eventually, hatred begins to stir between
Zylans and Oriens, as Zylans feel that Oriens have forgotten their true heritage.
Mizar, the second son of Zylox, believes he shouldn’t have to settle for the title
he was given. He should be the God of Darkness, not Orex. But it was a title not
given to him, nor was it given to Orex by any of the other gods, but Zylox.
Triana’s soul has returned from the pit’s of hell, her body remains on Aruza
as a Vampire, but with her soul returned on Aruza; Orex is left with an internal
predicament. Eventually, Orex begs Mother Gaia to grant her God status, but
mother Gaia refused. However, Zydro was impressed with how Triana’s soul
learned to move energy in such a manner that no other Zydran had before.
They granted her soul the name, Ryelle, and began to have her teach their people.
After teaching some of their people, Ryelle set off to a remote location, and
a few followed. It was a small community, but the other Gods came to Ryelle,
and unofficially claimed her as a God.
