What is brain washing like

Okay so this all depends what it's for. For me, a lot of it is conditioning for certain triggers. So, when it's not really pushed in there it feels like I can fight it, once it's thoroughly conditioned it just happens without thought or question. I could 1000% say no when someone untrusted does/say the thing to make it happen but for the person who is training me, as long as we are still playing and they are respectful, it's a magical moment of just going along with it because it's locked in my brain. If that makes sense?

Also I guess something a little more ongoing. A few friends of mine have been encouraging and even training me to "babble" more with them and others.
