I love having worked retail because now I know that if I walk into 99% of places and cheerfully say, "I have no idea how any of this works, can you explain it to me like I'm five?" and stay chipper while actually absorbing the information they give me, I'll probably be one of the best customers they get that day.

I'll be honest, this one isn't my favorite, but heyyyy it's fine. I just confused myself a bit having the features be opposites (although I did do that with the Stranger too...)
