I read across 14 fandoms. Avatar ended up winning with the amount of individual works, but Teen Wolf ended up being the most words in total. The Empyrean is the third runner up in each of those categories.
Funnily enough, I don't consider myself to be an adventurous reader, but I read way more different fandoms and even more different pairings this year!

Okay but can I start by saying this is actually super cool and impressive? I can't believe you kept track of all this and made cool graphs for it (does that make me weird? Or just nerdy? I'll go with nerdy lol). IT'S COOL THO!

Reiner is many things. He is loyal to a fault, driven by ambition, even if it’s not his own, guilty, aware of his transgressions, and he is soft.
He is determination personlified, a man who wants to do good.
He is a man on a mission. A mission to save the world. The goal of his mission never changed, only the people surrounding it.
And maybe that is why Reiner is redeemable. Maybe that is why Jean clings onto him so tightly. Because they need his determination.
Or maybe it’s because Jean finds salvation in Reiner’s eyes. Because Jean understands that the world is not black and white, especially not now, when it’s being trampled below them.
In Reiner’s eyes, Jean can find redemption for his own sins, consolation for his losses, and most important, he can find a soul who understands how it feels to lose everything he ever believed in.
And in Jean’s heart, Reiner can find peace. And that promise is enough for him not to let go. A sliver of hope, dangling from a wire above the end of the world.
This is actually such a huge thing for an actor to do. Like we know he is wonderful and correct about this and not afraid to say so but when was the last time an actor this famous called for a boycott of a series this popular on a network THIS BIG.
