How to actually experince the Void State?
Hey yall. i wasnt in a place where i could prep posts, i was away abroad, didn't take my pc with me, and I was way too exasperated and all, but after a few days here we are. Yea, how to actually experience the void state? imma try to clarify with my own opinions and knowledge. You're free to disagree/ add more info.
Now, when you start looking for "a single formula that guarantees results and works flawlessly!!!" ,youre actually falling into the mental trap (y'all, mental trap is real. That's why you "can't" enter the void and get desperate. 😃😃) that makes the process way more difficult. striving, and constantly checking, "ughhh did it work?" THE void state, as the name suggests, is a state of emptiness. This emptiness is not ''entered'' (or experienced, wahtever u want to call it), by "doing" (means effort) something, but by ceasing to do, control, and think about everything (to use the philosophy of the loa, by knowing that desire has already been fulfilled and ceasing to search for it).
(Yea i remember suggesting this, but it wasnt for void state it was for staying awake so dont even mention that.) Listening to podcasts or counting your breaths are great anchors for keeping your mind focused on the room while experiencing sleep paralysis or WILD. But when the goal is ''achieved'', when the body is completely locked up u need to cut (cut the focus to) that anchor. Youll ask me ''but helene, how???'' The moment you feel your body becoming heavy and numb, it's better off if you try to stop focusing on the background noise, the shapes in the darkness, or the feeling of the bed. If ur mind still analyzing, thinking, "ah, whats on that podcast?" or "jeez think im paralyzed right now," you remain anchored to 3D reality. (aka physical reality.) you gotta completely release yourself when that moment comes, as if u were letting yourself fall from the top of a building or sinking to the bottom of the ocean. Stop analyzing, just fall. alrigh?
In the void, there is no a name, no physical form, no age, no room, no past, and no future. Only the fact that "you exist" remains. During that transitional phase when the body falls asleep (aka the hypnagogic phase), let only the feeling of "i am" pass through ur mind. Try to forget that youre a human being, that youre lying in bed, assume that you are merely a point of awareness floating in emptiness. Repeat these affirmations continuously and monotonously to yourself, without thinking about them, like a lullaby, or a mantra, "there is nothing here, i am nothing, only my consciousness." The biggest, BIGGEST fucking ''obstacle'' to entering the void is the mind constantly checking from behind like "oof did i get in? Ahha, i think i did! Lemme see if the darkness has deepened????" The moment you check, your ego and analytical brain take over this is the exact opposite of the void. You should have no expectations at the moment of entry. Instead of "trying to enter" the void, you should assume that it is already there. When you mentally reach it, a wave of silence suddenly erupts, and everything darkens. At that moment, you don't need to ask "did it happen?", you already know. 😵💫
Aaaand, how to not fall asleep. Big question. Normally, to fall asleep, to ''focus'', you leave your mind blank. For void, however,, you need to put your body to sleep while keeping your mind on the edge. I'll try to list some of the ''techniques'', u can choose one of them kike in my previous posts. Mental looping (ACTUALLY reminded me of one of these ancient teachings but i dont recall the name). If u just count 1, 2, 3, 4... your brain will find it monotonous and fall asleep. try to insert words in it like (i think ive already suggested this for an adhd person to prevent boredom and dozing off) "1, im in void…2, im in void…3, im in void…" or repeat your intention with each count. This keeps ur brain wakeful n alert. Orrr, imagine a hella simple, geometric shape in the darkness in front of you (for ex, a glowing blue sphere). Watch that sphere rotate, grow, and shrink. Focusing ur mind on this single point blocks the signals lead to dreaming (like drifting off). and lastly, you drift off to sleep, bizarre images start flashing before your eyes (hypnagogique state) and the sound of the podcast in the background changes. That's the moment of drifting off. Well, try not to get caught up in those images, observe from the outside like a movie. Say to yourself, "yea, my brain has just started producing dreams, im watching it."
Well, what i suggest?
Make ur room dim. If ur comitting this during morning, do it pretty dark. (cause, ofc, don't let morning light trigger cortisol release). Lie flat on your back (supine position again our helper). Turn on that monotonous podcast in the background and keep the volume at the limit. Close ur eyes and start practicing the sleep defying tactic you chose above. After a while, your body will sense sleepiness and test you like, (just like the sleep paralysis sympyoms) your nose will itch, you'll want to swallow, your leg will twitch. Try not to move, (I'm not gonna say NEVERRR, normally while active shifting, you can. dont stress yourself. but you gotta stay non distracted.) don't even open your eyes. Watch those urges like a cloud and let them pass!!! Once ur body passes ''the tests'', it gives up. You will feel your body incredibly heavy, numb, or as if you are sinking into the bed. You may experience a ringing, buzzing, or a wave of vibrations in ur ears. Congratsss, your body has fallen asleep and the paralysis mechanism has kicked in. THE breaking point. The moment youre sure your bodys locked, completely abandon your tactic of not falling asleep and listening to the podcast in the background. You no longer have any connection with that sound, that body, or that room.
Completely let yourself fall freely backward, (mentally, lmao) into that endless dark void in front of ur eyes. Completely stop analyzing, stop thinking, "yo did it happen?" Just savor the feeling of falling. Followin the feeling of falling, everything will suddenly cut off like a knife. The sound of the podcast (or anyhting else, whatever u were listening to) will fade away to the point of being inaudible or disappear completely. Youll feel an immense silence, weightlessness, and profound peace. You have no body, youre not lying in a bed, youre just pure consciousness. You are the Void. Once you reach the void, there is no doubt left. Since all resistance from the physical world is neutralized, apply LOA in its purest form, merely assume that ur desire has already been fulfilled, or that youre in the reality you wish to shift to, and remain in that feeling. How to actually manifest/reality shift, and how it works
Disclaimer: this is NOT a method, technique or a new trend. It is a way of life! And is the reason behind why manifestation and reality shifting even works in the first place, NOT non dualism since people cant read
Who YOU actually are
Awareness, consciousness, the observer, imagination. That is the TRUE you. Not who you “think” you are, not your body, not your identity. All those are imaginary made up concepts, and are not who YOU truly are. If you were your mind or your body or your “identity” you would not be able to be aware of these concepts.
You can hear your thoughts, you can feel your emotions, you can feel touching a table, you observe these things, and you therefore cannot be them. If you can be aware of something, observe something, how can you BE it?
Are you a table? Or are you aware that there is a table?
Are you your thoughts? Or do you hear your thoughts?
That shows us that we are something more than this human body. But that “more” can never be explained or understood, for as long as we are in a human body, because there is nothing to understand, it just IS. YOU are everything and anything. And nothing. Nothing would exist without your awareness of it.
What was before this person?

What was before this physical world (imaginary human world)?
there just was
What was before doubts and negative thinking?
there just was
it all just IS
It CANNOT be explained!
This is the reason a thing like “manifesting” and “reality shifting” even exists. They are imaginary concepts made up to try and understand and explain being awareness, imagination, the limitless creator. They “work” because they are METHODS to become aware of something.
Awareness of something = it’s real
No awareness of something = it’s not real
Things cease to exist when we focus our awareness somewhere else, which is why things can change and feel like they have been “undone”. The imaginary concept for this is revision.
But as we covered, anything and everything is JUST imagination, it is imaginary, it is not something outside of you, it IS you.
As a limited human, we believe that the world we live in is something outside of us, we then discover reality shifting and manifesting, and find out we can change this outside world.
But the whole point is to realise that there IS NO outside world, it is ALL within awareness/consciousness/imagination. It is IMAGINARY it exists because we are aware it exists.
We are human because we are aware that we are human.
So then is nothing real?
Not in the sense that we used to believe about the word “real”
How we used to view something as real, was something outside of us. “Imagination is just that. It's not real '' I know a lot of us have been told this growing up, and we believed it.
But the thing is there is NOTHING OUTSIDE OF US.
So yes things are real, when you become aware of them. If not, they just exist as a thing we cannot understand.
But the second we become aware of something, it becomes real, because it was given awareness, it was given attention.
So no nothing is real in the sense we used to think. But that was a made up limited idea. There is nothing but awareness/consciousness/imagination. Anything you can think of, is imaginary and made up.
We have always been aware and observing, if you were your thoughts, then wouldn’t you cease to exist when you didn’t think? What is that pause between your thoughts? Awareness. Observation. It has always been there. Sit in silence and reflect on everything i say in this post, and i promise you, you realise how limited you have always been.
How do you “manifest” and “reality shift” with this you ask?
First, There is no such thing as manifesting or reality shifting. They are made up concepts as I said. Manifesting and reality shifting implies a process to go through, when in reality you are just observing, becoming aware of something, and then it exists, and you as a human body can experience it.
But because you are truly imagination/awareness/consciousness, you are everything, because nothing would even exist without you. There is nothing to “get” or be. Because you already are / have that thing.
awareness/consciousness/imagination is everything, and there is therefore no such thing as “time” ONLY in the imaginary human world. Time is a made up thing. The past and future only exists in thoughts, and thoughts are something imaginary, that means that time is imaginary too. So anything and everything you could ever imagine or think of, exists right at this moment, and is ready to be observed / given awareness/attention to.
This makes this imaginary human life, your playground. Your video game. your dream. You can do absolutely anything and everything
And since this is the case, and what actually changes the imaginary human life, is not affirming, or states or any other method, it is awareness that changes it. That means that whatever you DECIDE is true. Is true.
Want to affirm? Do that. Want to get into a state? Do that. Want to fulfill yourself in imagination and let the “3d” reflect it? Then do that. Want to simply observe something? Do that.
It ALL WORKS, because AWARENESS is what changes your surroundings.
Something important to really understand, is that no matter what any state person says or any affirm person says. Pretty much any law of assumption person says. There is absolutely NO difference between what you see/hear/say/imagine with your eyes closed and with your eyes open.
There is no 4d or 3d. It is just IMAGINATION. The imaginary human world does not “reflect your imagination” how could it when it is only here BECAUSE IT IS imagination. THERE IS NO TIME LAG!! Whenever you become aware of something, it is INSTANTLY real.
Affirm / affirmation = becoming aware
Getting into a state = becoming aware
Deciding / observing = becoming aware
Wanting = becoming aware
You see how it all boils down to the same thing? AWARENESS.
The second you become aware of something it exists immediately like i said, the reason you may not see it show up in the human experience, is because you are aware that there is a time lag, or even aware that you cannot change anything.
Doubts = only real if you are aware of them, you can decide they do not exist.
How it really should be is:
Manifesting -> observing, becoming aware, and things will change because it is just imagination, there is no such thing as manifesting, this is how it normally works!
Reality shifting -> becoming aware of ex. Hogwarts exists, and it does, become aware you are there, then you are. You are NOT shifting to a different “place” because all is imagination.
And lastly, don’t EVER be fooled by what someone else says. YOU DECIDE what is true for you, others don’t. If you want to experience a bunch of things, it's okay to do so! If you just want to be and let things unfold, that is okay! If you want to think, that's okay to do. Never let anyone else tell you what you can and can’t do. It's your imagination after all

even with the blinding, and rather unflattering, lighting and flashing cameras of the media pen, sukuna looked as cocky as ever. as a matter of fact, he looked like he thrived in the lime light.
a wave of reporters raised their hands and called for his attention but sukuna was drawn to you. the only one who wasn't hollering over others but there you were, front and center against the barricade. he struts over to your side, stopping just before the mic before he juts his chin in your direction as he spoke into the mic, "the pretty lady with the cute notepad in the front.'
you give him a bland smile that did not reach your eyes. “charming,” you say. “rather impressive drive today, from twelfth to p2. that overtake in lap 11 was impressive, but some are questioning whether it was truly necessary so early in the race."
"what can i say? my instincts told me to follow through, and it paid of," he shrugs.
"you nearly locked up and lost the rear," you challenge.
sukuna's eyes narrowed a fraction, unnoticed by others but not by you.
"that's racing," sukuna says, "if i don't take the gap, someone else will."
"so you believe it was worth dropping two seconds because your tires overheated? and of course, you ignored the recommended pit stop." your voice remained steady, your face seemed almost bored; as if you were lightly scolding a child for something so obvious. had it been anyone else, sukuna would've been annoyed and taken the fine just to cuss them out. but for some reason, he only grins at you in response.
"i still got podium though, now didn't i?"
you hum, as if in thought, "well, they do say second place is the first loser." reporters around you mutter in shock at your sharp words, the other drivers sweat dropped as they stared at sukuna to gauge his reaction, one of the drivers even scooting away from sukuna in a not-so-subtle way.
but instead of blowing up in anger, sukuna only laughs. the sound shocks everyone, it seemed so unnatural coming from him given the tense setting. he didn't seemed offended in the least, in fact, he seemed intrigued.
"you always this nice in your interviews?"
"only to the ones that ignore strat calls."
"i was right in my call."
"you were lucky."
the two of you keep your gaze on the other steady, never once breaking eye contact. sukuna's smirk was now permanently cemented on his face as he analyzed you. ever since he started racing, these interviews were always so bland to him. he enjoyed the fame it got him but that was about it. the questions were always the same and so were the reporters; just any other boring asshole asking the same damn questions. it felt like routine at this point. so it was only natural for him to be so interested in you, the first reporter to ever have the balls to call him the "first loser".
sukuna leans closer the mic as he offers you a question, "you saying im a bad driver?"
for the first time, you return a a coy look at him; almost as if you were silently saying your words not mine. "now, i never said that mr. sukuna."
the other reporters then took this as their chance to try and get his attention to ask their own questions. his team press officer comes up to him and ushers him to another section of the pen, trying to direct the attention away from the interaction the two of you just had on live tv in hopes of preventing a possible pr nightmare. even as he walked away, sukuna couldn't tear his eyes from you until you broke eye contact first and exited the pen, heading to interview another racer. the rest of the interviews were boring as always, but now even more so in comparison to the one he just had with you. he practically sped through the rest of the questions; offering short answers and even blatantly ignoring some reporters. his pr manager could chew him out for it later. for now, he was determined to find you.
by the time post race interviews were over, he was the first to slip away and evade his team in hopes of finding you. he eventually does find you and tries to appear as casual as possible as he watches you do your sign off in front of your camera man's rolling cam. by the time he reaches you, you signal for your camera man to cut it and he puts the camera down, almost shrinking at the sight of sukuna. you turn ever so slightly to look at him, barely even acknowledging him before telling your team to go ahead without you. leaving just you and sukuna.
"anything i can help you with?" you ask him, not angling your body to face him. and though you would never admit nor would you ever show it on your face, you were a little intimidated now that he was standing so close. and with his ridiculous height, he was practically leaning over you.
that snarky grin returns to his face like it was his nature. "y'know, most reporters try pretty damn hard not to insult me on live television."
"now when did i insult you?" you ask.
"i seem to remember you calling me 'the first loser'," sukuna repeats, even if he didn't seem the least bit insulted by your earlier jab.
"i don't believe i was calling you that directly," you justify. "merely referencing an old saying."
"eh semantics," sukuna shrugs. "besides, i'm not here to reprimand you for insulting me."
"then why do you seem like you're waiting for an apology?"
"i'm not, just.. interested," sukuna replies honestly. "not every day someone has the guts to say the stuff you did."
"would you have preferred i say it behind your back?" you offer, the corners of your lips pulling into a small smirk.
this pulls another chuckle from him as he steps even closer to you as he looks down at you with a calm expression-too calm. "you really don't care if the drivers like you, huh?"
"i don't get paid to make you like me."
"no, but wouldn't it make your job so much easier?"
"i wouldn't say that," you say. "you seem pretty intrigued by my methods so i'll take it as a job well done."
the grin on his face widens; this was refreshing to say the least. not only do you insult him, but the way you hold this banter with him was just so easy. perhaps he was still coming off the high from the race. that's what he'll blame it on should this go downhill from here.
"what do you say to a date then? to see how effective your methods really are. and ill show you mine," he suggests, his voice dropping into a low, sultry tone at the last word.
to no surprise, you don't back off. rather, you take a step forward and look up at him alluringly. "then i'm afraid ill have to decline. i don't go on dates with losers."
sukuna barks out a laugh, grinning proudly as he says, "is that so? well don't you worry your pretty little head. my next race is next weekend so clear your schedule for me, yeah?"
you pull away from and turn to walk away. but not before throwing a smile over your shoulder. "win first then we'll see, sukuna."

sure, the bus is cramped, smells badly of b.o., and someone definitely just ripped a fat one and thought no one could tell (everyone definitely could), but he was lucky enough to sit next to you—the pretty girl from his astrophysics class.
his cheeks are flushed a bright red and his arms are wrapped tight around his backpack, hugging it close to his chest. he was so nervous.
sure, you haven't glanced his way, like, at all but you were next to him and your presence alone was enough to have his palms sweating and heart beating way too fast to be considered healthy.

he swears he can smell vanilla wafting from your direction but he's not surprised, you smell as pretty as you look. his salvation from the musk of sweaty bodies that tired university students always seemed to carry on them after long classes.
gojo sneaks another glance at you, trying hard to be subtle in the way he studies your side profile.
thankfully, you don't seem to notice his stare. your eyes are trained on your phone, so focused you're biting your lip a little. you scroll occasionally but gojo forces his eyes away, scared you'll notice if he keeps staring.
the past does not exist outside of you, consciousness. all the memories you have in the so-called "past" are really stories you have decided to identify with in the only moment that exists right now (i.e., the present). you can literally change those memories by changing how you see that memory or how that memory played out. you can also choose to not change it, but to let that memory no longer affect who you are now. it's up to you.
you don't even need a method or anything to ensure it changed because it already changed according to your decision. you're the only creator of your reality 🤷🏻♀️
and of course it should be done habitually, or every time that memory pops up in your mind. you're just turning the wheel to another direction. that's the purpose of a mental diet. revision = manifestation. they're all the same thing lol
