i was revealed a vision where tumblr introduced a new 'side scroll' option where instead of scrolling down through time you scrolled 'across' to different versions of that post across universes, arranged from good to bad. it was very easy to find very good versions of posts but nobody wanted to do that, people just wanted to see the worst versions of everything.
