“Sherlock! What are you doing?” Molly squeaked, flustered as she ran frantically for the lab door to close it.
“Oh Molly,” he said in his bored, arrogant tone, “even you can deduce what I’m doing.”
She narrowed her eyes at him. Nearly two years together and she still couldn’t figure him out, “I can see what you’re doing but why are you doing it here!” she practically yelled.
His long fingers were deftly unbuttoning his purple shirt, right there, in the middle of the lab, in the middle of the work day. She watched with endless hunger as he tugged the shirt out of his trousers, revealing enticing glimpses of the muscular chest and tight stomach beneath, the alabaster skin that she knew better than she knew herself. “My current physiological and biological state is demanding that I take you, my partner,” he told her casually, walking towards with the grace of a predator, “as I’ve come to learn, and as you have helped me understand, the thought processes of a male when he is in close proximity of his female is rash, if not unpredictable. Isn’t that the entire point of being in a relationship?” he made air quotes around the word as he backed her into the corner, “now with you, there is an added advantage because I can deduce when I can tease you and when I cannot. I have noticed that I’m wearing this shirt,” he was tugging it off his shoulders now, “your pupils dilate and you look as if you are about to eat me. Now, as we are in a relationship, isn’t it the entire point that I satisfy you and you satisfy me in turn?”
She didn’t know whether to laugh or groan as she stood between him and the counter at her back, grinning into her lover’s eyes as he finally got close enough to her. She couldn’t hide her grin when he nuzzled her throat, his breath warm and familiar as her hands fluttered out to grip his sides, “then,” she cleared her throat, “if your entire hypothesis for this attack rests on my inability to resist you in this bloody shirt,” she turned her face towards her, her mouth breathing his air now, “shouldn’t you keep it on, darling?”
His grin was ferocious, his pale eyes predatory, “anything you want,” he growled before kissing her breath into his lungs.
