I feel like we all forgot that kit most likely spent a lot of time reading when he was with johnny. The chapter where Johnny dies kit is literally reading- idk why sometimes the fandom treats him like he is illiterate and hates reading and can barely do it because he taught himself things he’s supposed to learn in school FROM HOME, is very aware of historical, and classic references, which most likely meant he read a lot of books and classics and such. He mightve not been obsessed with them or loved them like how Tessa, Ty, Will and etc loved them but i don’t think he hated it either- it mightve just been a casual pastime for him or a way to learn

Idk how many people need to hear this but...

When Kit told Ty that he would help Ty but not if he did this(necromancy), he did not ask Ty to choose between just Kit and Livvy. He already knew that when it came to that, Ty would pick Livvy. Instead, he asked Ty to choose between the ones alive, his family, the people who loved him(including Kit), those who were still there for him and destroying himself and his loved ones (mentally/emotionally) by committing necromancy.

It was just that Kit's timing, his panic and the situation as a whole prevented him from phrasing this properly.

So when Kit says that he is mad at Ty for changing himself from the one he loved, he meant the Ty who would think about his whole family before doing something. The Ty who would rationally think things through all perspectives being making any decisions. The Ty who was ready to hear him out. The Ty who wasn't ready to sacrifice his own mental wellbeing and raise his sister from the dead, no matter the cost.

Kit was talking about the person Ty was before he lost Livvy, before all went to Hell. It just took too long for Kit to realise how much Ty had changed, but when he did it was too late for both of them. It wasn't Ty's fault and it wasn't Kit's either. These were two grieving teenagers, grabbing onto each other as their only support, but failing to communicate properly. They were both flawed but neither can be blamed for what happened that night by Lake Lyn.

I am 100% sure that Cassie took inspiration from the 'Merlin' (2008) show while designing Kit and Ty. Like pls just look at Merlin and Arthur. Young Bradley James and Colin Morgan can easily play Kitty. The looks are down to a T. The personalities make sense. The dynamic is perfect.

Besides we already know The Wicked Powers is based on Arthurian Legends.

Kit and Ty perfectly fit into Arthur and Merlin's roles respectively.
