Jaipur - The New UNESCO World Heritage Site in India

Jaipur is listed as the UNESCO World Heritage Site on 6th July. The decision was taken on 43rd session of the UNESCO World Heritage Committee held at Baku in Azerbaijan. The Decision was shared from the Official Twitter Handle of UNESCO. Jaipur will be the 38th UNESCO World Heritage Site in India. With Jaipurs inclusion, the number of UNESCO World Heritage Sites in India goes to 38, including 30 cultural properties, seven natural properties and one mixed site.

Chikka Tirupathi Temple Malur,Karnataka A Dravidian Architecture temple famous for doing Baby Mundan(Tonsuring) near Bangalore. This temple is considered as holy as the Tirupathi Venkateswara Temple in Andrapradesh.

A Drive to Malakkappara from Athirapally

Malakkappara is a hill station in the state of Kerala. There are 3 dams located on the way to Malakkappara. Peringalkuth Dam, Sholayar Dam and Upper Sholayar Dam.

The road to Malakkappara is very narrow and there are bamboo trees on both sides of the road. There are chances to see elephants on both sides of the road.

On the way we can see the penstoke pipes of Sholayar Project. Once you reach the top of Malakkapara, we can see the catchment area of the Sholayar Dam.

From Chalakudy first you need to cross Athirapally and Vazhachal. From the Kerala check post in Vazhachal, you need to get a pass to travel through the Sholayar Reserve Forest. You need to reach the malakkapara with in 2 Hours.

River Cruise Singapore Experience

Singapore River Cruise started in 1987. It will be a super evening cruise along the Singapore River with spectacular views of the lit-up buildings, bridges, iconic landmarks, hotels, restaurants, bars, etc. The ride will be 40 minute long and ticket was 25$. The boat goes near Merlion Park and Marina Bay Sands and the Singapore River Experience will be worth for the money.  This Singapore River Cruise is also known as Bumboat River Ride by the locals.Bumboats have been plying the Singapore River for more than a century. The Singapore river consist of 3 different quays, Boat Quay, Clarke Quay and Robertson Quay.
