I recently started playing Knights of the Old Republic, and I find it hilarious that you can walk around with troopers on Taris, while fully armed, despite the planet being under occupation.
I guess sith troopers are just some really chill dudes.
Possible explanations:
Sith troopers are fully aware and not paid nearly enough to deal with whatever Revan’s doing.
The troopers’ stupid helmets make them more or less blind.
Amnesiac Revan is constantly, unknowingly emitting a “don’t notice me” field wherever they go.
Revan flirted with every single trooper while they were off-duty at the cantina, and can now get away with anything.
In the handful of areas we see, there are multiple weapons vendors, bounty hunters, dueling combatants, and that horde of infectious mutants living in the sewers. Revan’s behavior isn’t all that out of the ordinary, the troopers are all numb to it.
