Its not "bad writing" because you misinterpreted the foreshadowing while thousands of trans women correctly read it years ago, especially since Gooseworx based Jax's behavior on her own when she was in the closet. I just wanna start off by saying EEEEE thank u for replying I love having discussions so much haha.. but uhhh to start the rant off lol I completely understand it wasnt for me. However in general people all the time say tadc should have been written in a deeper more thoughtful way. At times it just felt like the show itself was throwing out different things towards the audiance and didnt let anything truly stick. I would love to have a conversation about it with you, however sadly your comments arent activated. We should have seen more of jax's dysphoria, more of her homelife. We should have seen more representation from her. Thats where I believe the writing was off. I believe representation is such a helpful thing. That communities that aren't gay or trans should be able to pick it up. I believe thats how we move forward as a society. By giving the experiences of minority people to people that are not apart of those communities, if a cis straight man sees his favorite character is actually trans. It can help him realize and empathize with other minority communities. Thats where im coming from. In general tadc was fun to watch, but the writing in the whole scheme of things felt very forced, fast paced, and watered down. Thank you to everyone giving me their opinions, I am a newb blogger so I always love having conversations and absorbing peoples opinions. It helps me become a better activist for communities im not apart of and helps me understand new mindsets

Okay, my slimey little slimes... I have used almost every dating app under the sun to make friends. And by far taimi is my least favorite. Ill still use it when im bored but let me explain why. To start off taimi's ads are transphobic. Why you may ask? The adds pushed for cis men just sexualize trans women. I have seen taimi adds just sexualize trans women and even using words such as "Lady boy" in their ads (i apologize for the use of harsh words... Idk if this counts as a slur or not. But i apologize if it does)

Another reason is if a baddie lives near you, and matches all your preferences, you will have to pay to swipe right. For instance, im a polyamorous WLW genderfluid person who lives in the middle of big cities. These big cities are hours away from me. So after a while of swiping left on people who live between 50+ miles away from me this beautiful she/they polyamorous person pops up that is EXACTLY my type who lives 15 miles away.. fuckin score right? We also have so much in common! I want to swipe right but ykw.. I cant.. CAUSE IN ORDER TO SWIPE RIGHT ON PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY MATCH YOUR TYPE YOU HAVE TO PAY?!?!?! WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT?!?! And yk whats more shitty. This also means if a lot of people swipe right on you and your deamed as attractive or a hot match, you will get less people naturally swiping right on you and more of these dumbass insta-chats that you have to pay for in order to get. Genuinely not trying to brag but i do have pretty privilege. I was an ugly duckling at one point, but after getting off birth control i lost a lot of weight, gained some muscle, lost my acne.. all of that. And i constantly just re-make accounts on this fuck ass app cause after a lot of people swiping on me it suddenly stops cause im a hot comedity... and i get these fuck ass trans chasers using their money to get an instant chat with me... wtf no. Just no. So once that happens i re-make the account again and start over. The app pushes people that arent your type on purpose to get you to pay to make connections and its fucking STUPID

Another reason i hate this app is oh my fucking god. No one is near you. Everyone hates on tinder but honestly as long as you stay away from the men you can actually make good connections cause it matches you with people really close. I met people 3-30 miles away from me on tinder. Gay as well. On taimi tho completely different story. Again same with the pay bs, it makes u pay to make genuine connections that includes finding people close to you. It gives me maybe 3 people tops that live close-ish to me then after that i get 60+ miles away. And dont tell me its because there isnt a lot of people on the app. Cause randomly ill find people that live like 15 miles away but makes me PAY?!

Another reason i hate taimi is because its a sess pool of people looking to get off. Men. Women. Couples. Non-binaries. A sess pool. And God forbid you put not looking for fwb on your acc. So pretty much reason we broke it off is because she believed splits were abusive. I believe splits are sadly a normal reoccuring thing especially for petualant bpd. And what matters is they are getting help for it, and the amount they split goes down and stays down. And its not ok to accept someone with bpd not to split, and if they do then u up and leave. Thats not ok. And then i explained that and they pretty much screwed with my words and made me seem like i was using it as an excuse to hurt her

I was not. I just need someone who is able to stay when my bpd acts up.

But i told her 4 times before that i split, and i have bpd, and she reassured me that everything would be ok. We even made a safety plan that if she couldnt handle it that she can contact my primary partner since they are really really good at maintaining my splits and they openly are accepting the responsibility (they offered it i didnt push that role onto them)

But suddenly... when i told her this time around, the energy shifted? Like she wasnt accepting of my bpd anymore and made me out like an abuser and perpetuated the sterotype of borderline. And i had people call me abusive before for splitting one time to triggers that they caused. And i cant handle that anymore. 1: Joined a frat. Never been in college. People stayed tf away from me, and I looked like I was on drugs. (I was hallucinating colors and waving my arms around in the corner hogging the couch)

2: Let strange men shove their face in my tits and gave my number out to anyone who asked

3: Road a longboard. (I didn't know how to ride a longboard).. down a hill because I believed I was God. And almost got crashed into by a car, almost fell off the hill into a body of water. The old lady looked at me like I was crazy so i continued to flip her off and laugh at her.

4: Was drunk by myself in the middle of the city and when someone tried to help me I tried to fight them. Continued believing I was harley quin, and tried to pet a man's dog while shoeless. He obviously said no, I continued to laugh at him.

5: Fought my ex friend and tried to run away to Canada until my partner talked some sense into me. Even when I went home I believed god was speaking to me to go to canada.

6: Moved in with people I didn't know well. Continued to get high and drunk almost every night

7: Joined a BDSM dungeon group/BDSM learning group (best manic decision yet. The people were all very nice and I learned a lot of new things.. I continued to go to this group outside of my manic state)

8: Twerked on stage at parties... multiple... multiple... multiple times... at this point I should get paid

9: Started a mini cult. Where we believed we could manifest our favorite characters

10: Ran away once released from a phsyc ward to random 40+ yr old house.. chilled with the Gen xers.. As a 18 yr. continued getting high. When the woman left me and the other grown man i met, I continued to text her abusive ex, and tell him how much of a slut she was (that part might be my bpd tho idk)

11: physically fought family members

Hello my slimey little slimes.. let me tell you a story i randomly thought about today.. When I was around 16 I dated this one guy. He was honestly one of the sweetest guys I absolutely hurt accidentally.

He was super accepting, understanding, heartfelt, emotional, and honest, but one thing is he had an anxious attachment style and Bipolar.. He also pushed off his own boundaries to make me more comfortable (which wasn't healthy, but just so yall can get a vibe for the vibe of this relationship). He was even willing to go as far as to allow me to keep my polyamorous identity while he stayed monogamous

I had undiagnosed BPD, bipolar 1, and PTSD during the time so I had 0 clue what to do with that. I also didn't work on my own avoidant tendencies.

So after a few months of fucking around with him I straight up ghosted him, and honestly I still wonder where he is, and I think about him ever so often. I wonder where the dude is, he in my opinion is the first, the first and only dude I actually was 100% the bad and toxic person towards. Usually it's me who gets abused, or it's 50/50 but yeah no I feel like utter shit with how much of a fuck boy i was towards that dude.
