Ginoza: I hate to be boring but honestly, very similar to Kogami, the person he loves coming to harm because of something to do with his work. He feels like he's already failed to protect so many people; Kogami himself, Akane, his own father. Losing someone else to his own 'incompetence' would probably break him for good.

He's rather... Clinical about it. Not because he doesn't care, quite the opposite. It's just that the thought of you being in that much pain genuinely stresses him and he wants to make sure he does everything right.
He will organize your pain meds for you to take throughout the day, make sure you've got enough products to last, and won't flinch at the idea of having to get you more.
While you're flaring up, he tries his best to keep on top of household things for you like cleaning, food shopping, taking care of walking Dime etc.
Man will absolutely not let you be hard on yourself about taking time out when you're hurting. That appointment you had? Reschedule it. That report for work? They can wait. Meeting your friends for dinner? No shot, you're staying in bed, babe.
In Gino's mind, your health and well-being are paramount, and he will constantly remind you that you are far more important than any work or social obligation.
This man is a saint, he is SO patient when you're snappy with him. He never takes it personally, just gives you space and lets you come to him when you're ready.

Probably the most experienced in this scenario, and the most practical, too.
He's had plenty of past relationships and therefore plenty of experience - not necessarily with the specifics of Endo and PCOS, but with periods in general.
Hes always reminding you to make sure you have everything you need and to keep organized so that you can deal with your flare ups more easily.
If you have things that you need to do, he offers to do them with you; whether it's laundry, cleaning or even studying, he will do what he can to lighten the load for you.
The thing with Kei is that he doesn't want to baby you too much, he knows you're capable of taking care of yourself and doesn't want to overstep. Generally speaking, he will wait for you to ask him for help. If you're stubborn enough though he will just step in, and scold you for taking on too much when you're not well.

He was raised by just his dad from the age of about 10 and has limited dating history, so his first hand knowledge is lacking. He's a smart boy though, he listened in high school biology, he gets the gist of it.

But everything he does is with good intentions, honestly.
After Kei learns of this and audibly cringes, Arata relents and just straight up asks you to break it all down and explain everything to him, so he can actually be helpful in the future 😂
Initially, dingus over here doesn't quite get the correlation between pain and mood swings, and thinks that you're genuinely really mad at him when you get snappy. He learns quickly though and makes a point to not purposely irritate you as much as he usually would when you're having a flare up.
As an extremely empathetic person, Arata is naturally pretty distraught when he realizes how much you've been suffering.
Can get a bit frustrated when nothing seems to help you, and again it all comes from a good place, but he hates seeing you like that.
When it gets to that point he just wants to hold you, him on his back with you flopped on top of him like a weighted blanket, head snuggled into his neck. He will alternate between running a hand through your hair and rubbing circles on your back. He'll press little kisses all over your face. It's honestly stress relief for him as much as it's helping you.
He'll whisper things like "I'm sorry you're suffering so much baby", "I just wish I could do more to help", or "I love you, and I hate that you have to go through this."
Like Sho, he really enjoys sitting in a warm bath with you. Arata is much less shy about it though. He prefers to have you sit with your back to his chest, so he can just hold you and shower you with affection the whole time.

Given his past trauma, Arata is very protective. He will scold you for being reckless, before reminding you it's just because he cares.

There was an old film playing in the background, something from before the days of Sibyl. It was one of his picks, not that either of you were particularly paying any attention right now. You and Arata didn't often get to spend time together like this, just doing nothing, but enjoying each other's company. You sigh softly as he combs his fingers through your hair, and places a gentle kiss to the top of your head.
"I needed a day like this with you" he almost whispered. You knew Arata had a very stressful job working for the MWPSB as an inspector, his days were often long and his workload intense. Especially recently. But he always had you to come home to, and for him, that made it all worth it.
He catches you as you're struggling to keep your eyes open. You couldn't help it, Arata was just naturally such a warm and soft presence, it was hard not to just melt into his arms. "Y/N, sweetheart? Are you even watching this?" He asked, feigning offense at the idea you weren't appreciating his choice of film. You simply shook your head, earning a giggle from the man underneath you. "That's fine, me neither" he replies before switching the TV off entirely.
He brings himself up from his slouched position in the corner, legs outstretched, and pulls you in closer. You were essentially straddling him at this point, not that Arata particularly minded much. "You're way more interesting, anyways" he murmured between the string of kisses he was planting from your lips up to your ear, one hand on the back of your neck, the other on your waist, bringing you in closer still.
You shivered. Arata's touch was always gentle, yet somehow electric. You pressed yourself into him, knocking his hips with your own, earning you a wonton groan from the young man. The friction was incredible, enough to break Arata from his innocent, affectionate stupor. Without even thinking, he brought his hips up to meet your own, revelling in the pleasure it brought you both.

He is very self aware and tries to make sure he puts dates in his calendar, set alarms and reminders etc. It doesn't always work though, and he feels terrible when he's let someone down.
Sometimes, overusing his mental trace ability triggers horrendous migraines.
Even though he isn't short, particularly by Japanese standards, Arata feels a little insecure about his height. Probably has something to do with his 6 ft-something best friend that constantly towers over him.
