Are shifting symptoms supposed to hurt?
Okay, hi!- Uh This is my first post about my shifting journey, and I had a question for everyone who has shifted before. Are shifting symptoms supposed to hurt or be painful in any way?
(This turned out longer than I expected it to, sorry for the long read-)
I just recently started trying to shift to my DR. I'm using a guided meditation and about halfway through my chest and stomach start to get tight and hurt. I've tried two times already, and both times the same thing has happened (chest and stomach hurt, I get a little headache, and get lightheaded).
The very first time I ever tried with the same video, I didn't have that problem; my arm started to feel very light, and it wasn't painful (I got interrupted, so I couldn't continue, plus I was trying to do it awake when the video was for at night), but that first time wasn't bad. Now that isn't the case.
I'm not going to stop trying, but I was just wondering if anybody else has or had this same problem and if you fixed it or if it's normal. Thanks!😁
