problem with tv shows today is i think a lot of them want to be movies. 90 minute episodes with full cgi and a plot so streamlined theres no time for filler is not a tv show to me. tv shows need a low budget so they can afford to send the characters on weird detours to flesh out the universe. its healthy. its good for the ecosystem. you need a show wiki writers and tv tropes cataloguers can sink their teeth into.

Idk how many people are following the 200k stolen lego bricks and mini figs situation but there is something very weird in half the coverage of people being soooooo shocked that the cops are acting like that. Like oh the cops are protecting a corporation, siding with one of their buddies who is blatantly breaking the law, lying, manipulating body cam footage, fabricating charges against someone, and using excessive force. Clearly there is a conspiracy. Because they're doing It to a white guy this time.

i have written custody plans for labrador retrievers more complex than i have for children. i went to four years of undergrad, three years of law school, and sat for the bar exam to write up custody exchange provisions for dogs with hyphonated last names
my clients are paying $295 an hour for me to go to court and litigate who makes veterinary decisions for Chuckles the Goldfish and theres literally nothing i can do to stop them
