Okk since some people are actually interested in this- it's based on the idea of a dialog between Jaskier and Ciri, where Ciri notices that Jaskier acts like someone of noble upbringing, so naturally she asks him where he's from and he answers along the lines of "a very small country near the coast, called Lettenhove, you probably never heard of it before" and usually that excuse works quite well, no one has ever questioned him about it, not even Geralt, but Ciri knows

"behave or we will send you to Lettenhove" is a sentence every little prince and princess has heard a hundred times before

(and Ciri's eyes immediately fill with a sort of disgust that was trained into her from day one, she takes a step back, sneers at Jaskier and scoffs "so what kind of bastard are you? A little lordling? A knight?" And Jaskier's face splits into a wide grin, a dangerous one, "In Lettenhove," he whispers, "I am a king")
