sometimes i come back to tumblr and i'm like "wow i should really post here" but then i remember i have nothing to say thats really unique in the fandoms i'm in; im like a deltarune theory conservative because i only really buy the most obvious or essentially proven theories, nothing ever happens core. I suppose I can say I like chapter 5?? one of the strongest gameplay and story wise, and while id say it's one of the more hit or miss OSTs the really good tracks are rally good.
omg rally good im leaving that up lol

Unused stadium models found in the files of Super Mario Strikers (please zoom in to view). All of them appear extremely corrupt, missing polygons and textures, and rendering the layout of the stadiums difficult to discern.
All that identifies the fields are their internal names: First row: DK_Daisy, FEStadium Second row: Koopadome, Mario_Stadium Third row: Peach_Palace, Peach_Toad_Stadium Fourth row: Training_Stadium, Wario_Stadium Bottom image: Yoshi_Stadium

Just a question; I know this game has an early build in a demo disc, are these models any more discernible there?
[Description: a TikTok video showing someone holding up a Macbook laptop with an incredulous look, with a caption reading "Alan Turing after I bring him to 2026". The person inspects the laptop, and as they do so they say "Oh my god. This is—this is incredible. Like, I just—I can't even comprehend what I'm looking at here. Like, I just never thought that like in a million years society would ever, ever be able to create something like this." They pause and look at the laptop screen, and say "And you said they're both hockey players?" /End description]
Protag reveal
Hi! Still working behind the scenes to get started with the music, however I thought since I have the resource I might as well go ahead and post it.
This is the protagonist of DEPUTALE, Caleb. They are the child of Frisk. After learning about monster-kind, they became obsessed with trying to subvert fate and free monsters from the underground using human magic. After finding a spell that that seems promising, without question, they leap down the hole of Mt. Ebott...
Caleb also serves as the main narrator of DEPUTALE, giving comments and remarks on everything in the first person!
(This sprite took forever to refine...)
Anywho, hope to have some content out soon, and thank you all for the positive reception so far, I didn't think I'd get any attention without even advertising haha...

Working on an UNDERTALE au
some of my close pals know i've been working on an undertale au. i've been trying for weeks to make an appropriate ruins theme, and tonight I think i've finally settled on something I like. I wanted to initially release it in one batch of ruins songs but I want to get SOMETHING out at some point so I might try to fill in the gaps between the first song and ruins, release them, and then from there add the tracks as they get done. I'll add more about au lore and such once im done with that. im really excited of what i've got done so far and I hope to make something interesting that others can enjoy.
This was me talking about deputale stuff and aside from some spritework NONE of what I made then is being used or is in anyway canon to me
for the fans
I've created a sideblog for my undertale au @deputale. I intend to be updating it ... when i feel like it? dunno, just got the urge to set it up
deltarune + portal 1 crossover :o)!!
love when im playing Ace Attorney and i have no idea wtf going on and Phoenix pulls out some “actually 😏 i have the evidence here 📄 to prove you commit the crime ☝️” and im like fuck we do?
Now that a little time has passed, I thought I'd talk about my work on Deltarune Chapters 3 & 4!
While Chapter 2 released in September of 2021, I actually started work on Chapter 3 a couple months before. My main responsibility for 3 was Mr. Tenna's Marvelous Mystery Board. We did a lot of iteration before landing on having full control over the player and being able to explore all of the Desert Board and Kodakoda Island. Making a game within a game with characters in the game above that game talking to each other and reacting and controlling their players was a hell of a challenge, but I think we pulled it off. I wonder what the world record for the Lawnmower game is.
I was also responsible for a bunch of the Teevie World overworld sections, one of my favorite being the stealth section where you make inadvertantly make friends, and also get to meet Goulden Son. I'm so glad Toby decided moving slow sucked, it made the stealth more of a rhythmic running section than a plodding Metal Gear segment.
For Chapter 4 I was primarily responsible for the first and second versions of the dark world, and some of the third. After all the wild stuff we did in 3, it was a joy to climb back into the comforting arms of making Deltarune's overworld sections. I learned a lot while working on it, improving my workflow and finding new ways to make cool stuff. The Chapter 4 dark world also got a lot of iteration, making sure it was fun to explore and well-paced. I think we all nailed it.
The last four years have been a lot. I lost both of my parents, we came out of a pandemic, and the internet has become an even more divisive and miserable place. I'm so thankful that during these difficult years I've gotten the opportunity to contribute to something that has brought so many people so much joy, and I look forward to spending more time doing the same.
And hey, if you don't know who I am, find me on Bluesky or pick up some of my games. Thanks!
G--G-GOATED!!!!
is this orange or yellow.
its yellow you are all wrong i have decided just now
hey op, what does this say?
nice try but i’m not colorblind it says 71
Am I tripping?
Is that not 71?
You’re slightly colorblind, that is 74 and the color of the car is orange.
world heritage post
It’s orange
it’s literally 71
Bestie it’s 74
Y’all it clearly fucking says 21
where are you getting that from?
Babes it’s 81 what r yall seeing
its 74 bestie you might be colorblind
That 81 person can see shrimp colors
I took exactly the same image, increased the saturation, and shifted it to a part of the spectrum most people can see better.
For all your no-YOU-have-the-weird-color-vision argument-solving needs.
Also, the car is orange.
Posting this in case anyone is color blind and doesn’t know it lmao
@cartoondog
So, I wanted to identify the car, and I was dead set on Subaru because those looked like a Subaru door handle and the Sunshine Orange Subaru painted the XV, known in the US as the XV Crosstrek because I don’t write the jokes about yankees needing shit spelled out, the world writes them and I just read them aloud.
So surely this is the car in picture, one would think, especially once assured by Google Lens that that’s what the picture depicts. But there’s one conclusion I kept coming back to:
Yes, people. Someone out there not only cares what car we think that is but is actively working to deceive us into thinking that is the last generation of the car I keep having to remind myself is not spelled Crosstek. But I will not fall for it, and with my help neither will you!
From such a closeup, in fact, one would surely, if not notice the upper feature line being a nick further out than the upper edge of the handle hole, at least notice the presence of a lower feature line below it, or at the VERY least the doorline curve to its right being concave and not convex.
So perhaps the previous generation had the simpler lines we’re looking for?
Yes, but also a handle recess that does not reach all the way to the back of the handle, so, having gotten back to square one, I resorted to a cunning strategy: waiting ‘til I got home and finding the picture source on my computer.
(Which I could still do on my phone too if Google wasn’t hellbent on pretending Lens could ever be a serviceable replacement for the OG reverse image search when you can’t even sort matches by fucking size and its idea of exact matches is as accurate as my idea of staying on topic speaking of which what were we talking about I swear this never happens.)
And I found it’s a 2009-2014 Subaru Liberty (name by which Aussies got the Legacy ‘till 2020).
But, oh the irony, the orange that clued me onto the Subaru brand altogether? It never adorned this generation. And this, as you can see in this more accurate lighting, is not even that orange. Because as it turns out…
Indeed, in the ultimate act of deceit, what you were looking at wasn’t yellow paint nor orange paint for, being a wrap, it wasn’t paint altogether!
This explains what would otherwise be a bafflingly uninteresting picture: in any normal car, that’s just a door handle. In a car basically coated with sticker, that is a flex.
And yes, fortunately, the filename can chime in in the debate.
Not saying that a color necessarily is anything someone making it is willing to say it is, but if you mean to insist that this is yellow…
…well, go tell 3M that. Or go get told that by 3M! They do offer samples.
Links in blue are posts of mine about the topic in question: if you liked this post, you might like those - or the blog’s Discord server, linked in the pinned post!
EDIT: This is, by some order of magnitude, this blog’s most popular post, and I’m happy to have entertained so many. If you’re one of them, like @uxbridgeenglishdictionary here…
…I have great news for you: there’s now a spinoff blog called @what-is-this-car, dedicated to identifying make, model, generation and year of vehicles seen around or sent its way, and explaining what gave them away! I work on it with the very appreciated help of many talented friends, and I’d love of you to check it out. (And, well, to check this blog out too, if you have the time.) Thanks! :)
Also, @furreteatingicecream posted a render of what the picture looks like to those suffering from protanomaly (or red-weak colorblindness), courtesy of color-blindness.com’s color blindness simulator.
If you think this doesn’t look any different, well, we may have worked out why you don’t think it’s orange.
