while it is funny to joke about, there really is something special to three separate couples (across two campaigns) confessing their love at caleb's tower, right?

and in a way, it's not surprising. widogast's nascent nein-sided tower is the culmination of months and months of work from caleb. he thought of every single nook and cranny. his love for his friends and family is built into every single inch (yes, even the eighth floor). it is a home. it is a refuge. it is filled with love. caleb built the tower with the intention of protecting his family after they were taken (before he even called them family- let alone friends). and it did. it protected them and sheltered them and let them express themselves.

is it any wonder every couple has felt safe and cared for and given the space to be able to share their feelings with the one they love?

i do love that the seekers already had pretty good implied reasons for sticking together, but this episode made sure to explicitly state the reasons, and they are!
