Today at work, some guy from the Netherlands came in to the store and would not stop mentioning the fact that he's from Holland. He talked like a surfer dude and was really loud. He also said that he would only buy stuff that had "real moose" as in the animal. He's from Holland btw. He made us get the manager so that he could haggle for a wood carving of Santa Claus riding a moose, although he said that it didn't have real moose. Did you know he's from Holland. The manager managed to get a $150 sale from this guy (who's from Holland if you didn't know) and he left after being in our tiny shop for about 40 minutes.

Also, I learned that he's from Holland.

The only other thing of note that he said is that "gnomes are real, I've seen them before, and if you mess with them, they will FUCK. YOU. UP"

My desktop wallpaper has a very concerning image if you don't know the context behind it.

The image in question is that of an airport on fire.

Basically, I am a fan of Valve games, and the Left 4 Dead series is one of my favorites. When I built my computer, I didn't want to use the default Windows wallpaper, so I opened up a bunch of my favorite Valve games, and used cheats on a private server to take pictures of nice-looking locations on my favorite maps of those games, as well as a few from other games I like.

Some of these pictures are Red Forest from Half-Life 2, the Stadium Finale from Left 4 Dead 2, ctf_sawmill from Team Fortress 2, etc.

from Left 4 Dead, I decided to include a location from the Dead Air campaign, which end in an airport in the middle of a burning city.

I took some nice pictures, and then set them up in my wallpaper rotation, and almost a year later, I realized just how weird it is that I included those pictures of a burning airport. If anyone checks my computer and that's what they see, it's gonna be real awkward explaining it lol.

I'm still not changing it.

I'm working on making a game, and here is some art of the 3 playable characters I made. I really love how the character on the right turned out. I still need to come up with names for them, though.

I'm serious about needing names. I've tried to come up with them by looking through various Jim Henson Wikipedia pages and I'm about to name one of them Sir Didymus if I don't come up with something soon.

I was just explaining my dad about why Margaret Thatcher was so absolutely hated and why the internet celebrates her death. When I started mentioning the racism, he just said "oh that makes sense. I think she's in the right there"...

My own dad is racist. Nineteen years with this man and this is how I find out.
