---------------------------------------(pt 1)--------------------------------------
It was a high school day and like every high school student, Julie had to get up really early, because if she didn't, she would miss the bus and that will be a whole new chapter of getting an earful from her mother.
Julie Jones, 17 years old, high school senior. A very down to earth personality, and she had many admirers because of that, but a limited amount of friends because she believed in one loyal friend over fifty fake friends. She was an art club student, absolutely loved arts. Any fine art subject had her respect, whether it be visual arts or performing arts. Math and Science, her most hated subjects but she had to take those classes anyway as they were the general requirements for getting into college.
6:30 Am is the usual time when her bus arrives, today though, the bus was a little late. It arrived at 6:45 Am. This made her panic a little honestly, because she thought she had missed the bus. School starts around 7:20 Am, so all students must be in their required buildings and classes by 7:15 Am.
"Morning Mrs. Evans!" says Julie to the bus driver as she was getting in. She always greeted her while getting on the bus. "Morning Julie!" says the bus driver. "I see we are a little excited to get to class today huh?" says the bus driver. "Well what can I do? My friend Layla, she is coming back to school today! You know how she was at the hospital for like 2 weeks after the incident..." says Julie. The bus driver can only sigh and nod in response, and what else can a person do...poor Layla had a literal panic attack because of a certain something. A prank is what people called it. They lived in a small town in Oregon, where everybody knew about everybody's business. From what time a person wakes up to what time they had dinner, everyone knew about it. Since it was a small town, everyone knew what had happened to Layla but they ended up calling it a day and named it a Prank.
You see pranks are supposed to be funny that you pull with your friends. But this was far worse than a prank. Someone had a sent Layla a mail, more specifically a letter that specifically wrote, " I know you did it intentionally..." but it had no names nor any address, as if someone hadn't even mailed it but instead just put it at the doorstep. When this incident took place, Julie actually found Layla's reaction to be quite...hmm what word can be the best to describe it...weird..? Maybe weird, because when Layla reacted, the first thing she asked for was How. It was very quiet, almost like a whisper but Julie still heard it. She did not for once ask who sent it, at least not until Julie asked who it was from that that is when Layla said "I don't know...no really...who is doing this!" This whole event kept replaying in Julie's mind as they were headed to school. Luckily Julie's house was the last stop for the bus and the school was like a 10 minute ride, so even though the bus was late, they still reached school in time.

---Local Police Station---
There were no updates no clues whatsoever in this murder case. It was very evident that it was a murder after the autopsy report came in. This murder case left the entire town in a question mark. How come it was a murder but there were no clues to who could've killed Julie Jones. It was as if someone had been planning the whole murder for a while, at least that's what the police are saying. There were so many questions about this murder case that the police had like, why would anyone kill such a young, down to earth person, because when the police were enquiring almost the whole town, the only things they heard about Julie was that she was loved by everyone in the town.
She did not even have that many friends to begin with, because if she had a long list of friends it would've been more difficult for the police to find all the friends, their characters and how they were with Julie. It has been 2 days since Julie has been murdered but no one have been able to do anything about it. Julie's mother is in shambles because her only daughter and child is no more in this world. Julie's father had already passed away when Julie was very young, Julie and her mother lived separately ever since their marriage and the relatives live in either different state or a whole different country. Julie's mother has never felt so lonely ever. But she was not the only one. Layla, Julie's best friend has been crying nonstop for the past 2 days, she refuses to eat and sleep hasn't been on her side either. Ever since Layla's parents passed away 5 years ago, she has been living with a roommate, who happens to be both Layla and Julie's friend. Ethan is his name, and he has had a big crush on Julie for a while now. Almost everyone knew about it except for Julie of course, because aren't we all a little oblivious to who has a crush on us? Layla and Julie's mom has visited the police station for the 6th time in the past two days, asking the police if there are any updates. Just anything...
