I think we all know what the clues in that video are trying to tell us about ACOTAR 6, friends! The arrow that was drawn next to "acotar 6" on the notebook? Clearly pointing in one direction. So that can only mean one thing....

The book is going to open with Elain throwing her hair up in a messy bun, and then she's going to go downstairs in the River House, only to learn that she's been sold to One Direction!!!

that post reminded me; nesta did in fact work in the cabin

nesta chopped wood, cleaned the dishes and probably cooked for them or least help in the kitchen

bc it was mentioned feyre does not know how to cook

but it is not seen as work by feyre, who shared about their life in cabin from her pov nor inner circle question it

they all make it seem like nesta and elain did nothing, like feyre hunting was the start and the end of any kind of work and feyre alone took care of them when they were in that cabin

they literally act as if all nesta and elain did was spend feyre’s money on luxuries

which is a lie bc feyre had an attitude about her sister wanting to spend money on new shoes bc the old ones was completely worn out and had holes in them

let me make it clear: feyre chose to go hunting

it has never said “nesta made her do it” and nesta is only like 2-3 yrs older than her, she was a child too but everyone is quick to forget that

in the beginning of acotar we see nesta try to look out for feyre and feyre had an attitude about it

if u have multiple siblings it makes sense why nesta is more everything of and with elain than feyre when you read their early acotar scenes. u are obviously going to be closer to the one who is accepting

it was their father who should be blamed but nesta is held accountable and blamed, till this day, for his failure as their parent

feyre painted him but not nesta. not until she “got better” srs words fail me on this

inner circle are a group of 500yrs old with all the knowledge in the world and they don’t see how stupid they are?

holding a grudge and beefing with a 20-21yrs nesta, who -in their world- is just a baby, over feyre choosing to hunt. what a bunch of pathetic losers

there’s something sad yet makes sense about nesta’s character is that she never argues or tries to prove that she did in fact work when they shit on her

feyre listening to mor’s story and the horrible things she went through and feyre immediately thinks “i get why rhysand can’t forgive nesta” as if they are anywhere near the same thing!

feyre is such a nasty person for it, for how she made nesta out to be again and again, you can’t change my mind, she is

to make it worse bc i can, before feyre went back for tamlin, she and nesta were better, in a way

feyre and nesta talked, feyre learned nesta knew she was taken and that nesta went to wall for her. nesta supported feyre and what she wanted to do

and after feyre was turned, when she was with rhysand, she undid all that progress by making nesta seem like a selfish person who does not care about her

feyre was also nasty for saying her sisters only cared about money and social standings

who knew you were taken and risked her life in the middle of winter to go to the wall for you? who supported you and your love for a fae? nesta! she cared about u!

is feyre resents them for not doing more then she should just say so

feyre made it worse by bringing 3 faes, who humans fear for very good reason, into their house and let one of them invade nesta space, insult her and parroted feyre’s views on their life in the cabin

there is obviously more things like feyre constantly making nesta do things she does not want to do and making her be in presence of men she does not want to be in but that isn’t related to this topic

feyre has to sets things right, she set nesta up for failure in the eyes of her new family and now wants nesta to be a part of that said family that does not like her nor are quiet about it

nesta and feyre’s relationship is never going to actually heal without feyre taking accountability and apologising. it can’t be just nesta, it shouldn’t be just nesta who has to do it

nesta did work in that cabin. nesta did look after feyre. nesta did care about feyre

feyre wasn’t alone in looking after them, nesta and elain did too, they just had their own different ways of doing it

feyre had thoughts about her sisters marrying off and then it just being her and their father and she can paint, but then who would cook? who would chop wood for fire and keep them warm?

the reason they survived in that cabin bc they had each other. they did it together

but it’s not seen like that by feyre’s pov, by inner circle, by most of the fandom

This isn’t aimed at any one creator, but just a trend I’ve noticed, especially with the holiday art.

Often when all three of the sisters are drawn in ACOTAR art, I’m seeing both Elain and Feyre in the softest, most cottage core dresses/sweaters ever designed, and Nesta is in the sluttiest, high slit line, low neckline, titties out dress you’ve ever seen.

Words cannot tell you how much this infuriates me. Nesta, the one character whose modesty was SO FUCKING IMPORTANT TO HER. Nesta, who feels uncomfortable baring herself in such a way in any social setting. Nesta, the only sister described to have a large chest and yet finds comfort in high necklines and long dresses, hiding as much of her flesh as she can, who has been repeatedly SA’d ON PAGE, over and over and over again, is the one sister who is drawn this way? Why??????? why is such a core part of her stripped away even by the fandom? Against Feyre who is apparently free and uber Girl Boss as she consistently wears the sluttiest dresses ever made? but not in the fan art, no, it’s nesta who needs to dress that way, because how else could recognize it was her?

idk it just feels gross and wrong and horrible mischaracterization of her, especially if you’re trying to show her as healed and comfortable with her family. I promise, Nesta is never happy if her tits are out in public.

"Nesta should have done more for her sisters!"

Nesta has done more than enough for her sisters. It's not that she doesn't do enough for them; it's that what she has done for them, they either don't know about or it's glossed over in favor of Nesta "failing" Feyre by "letting" her hunt.

Nesta spent the first twelve years of her life protecting her sisters from physical and emotional abuse, as well as protecting them from being groomed by their mother to seduce older men. Nesta spent the eight years they were in poverty doing the cooking, cleaning, laundry, dishes, and chopping the wood, all of which kept her sisters alive and warm with their basic necessities met. Nesta was willing to marry Tomas or sell her body on the street if it meant keeping Elain fed.

Nesta protected Elain when Tamlin came barging in to collect Feyre for murdering one of his sentries. Nesta was willing to sacrifice her life to try and rescue Feyre from Prythian. Nesta encouraged Feyre to return to Tamlin, where she was loved, valued, and protected. Nesta was willing to get Elain to safety if things in Prythian went south.

Nesta was willing to let Feyre and the IC meet with the human queens in her home, even though it would label her a Fae sympathizer which could have gotten her killed. Nesta encouraged the human queens to give Feyre their half of the Book of Breathings. Nesta was willing to go to Prythian if that's what Elain wanted.

Nesta pushed her own trauma aside to take care of Elain after they were turned High Fae against their will. Nesta protected Elain from Feyre when Feyre wanted to use them during the war. Nesta volunteered to go to the High Lord's meetings to both help Feyre and to encourage them to help the humans beneath the wall. Nesta slapped Greyson when he was being a POS to Elain. Nesta went from war tent to war tent to be used by Feyre and the IC as a warning bell for when the Cauldron was in use. Nesta scried for the Cauldron to help Feyre and the IC locate Hybern's armies. Nesta was willing to sacrifice her life to lure the King of Hybern away so Feyre could reach the Cauldron.

Nesta scried and found the Dread Trove to protect Elain from having to do it. Nesta was the only one to tell Feyre the truth about her pregnancy. Nesta sacrificed her powers to save Feyre's life.

The only thing Nesta hasn't done for her sisters is hunt, but since she was clearly the one doing the cooking (even though she's never recognized in canon for doing it), she deserves just as much credit as Feyre for keeping their family alive.

Kudos to fanfiction writers for writing about all the trauma and emotional and mental turmoil that the original content creators dont acknowledge when putting characters through hell

This has evolved to one of fanfiction’s major assets in my eyes. To every author that cares enough about the characters in their stories to examine trauma, but also the slow, tedious processes of healing and recovery: your stories mean so much to me and other persons with mental health problems. Said it before, saying it again.

Azriel was not mated with the third Archeron sister, not because he didn't deserve a mate like his brothers did. Like he assumed it was meant to be. Three brothers, three sisters.

He wasn't given an Archeron sister for a mate because he's looking at the wrong trio. It's not about Rhysand-Cassian-Azriel ending up with the Archeron sisters. It's about Cassian-Azriel-Morrigan ending up with the Valkyries while Elucien serves the most angsty pining known to mankind.

Like I understand we all agree that he and Eris are both girl dads but with Cass it is on a whole different level

This is the guy who originally wanted a son but ended up with a small army of girls who act just like their mother and he absolutely is 100% there for it.

Of the Bat boys Cass has the whole hair thing down, especially since he himself has long hair. Pony tails, braids buns he can do it all. To the point that Az and Rhys would go to him for help with their kiddos hair.

Cassian absolutely lords this over Rhys and Az.

He also has no spine when it comes to his girls. They want to play pretty princess tea party; he will end end up with kiddie jewelry, bows and a plastic tiara. He absolutely will play along sitting in a chair that is far to small for him and his wings asking the princesses for more tea.

Rhys and Az have also walked in on this and tease Cass with this whenever they can

Training his girls to be Valkyrie. He wants his babies to know how to defend themselves and a soon as they are big enough he starts teaching them self defense and he adjust the training as they get older.

He has brought his family to Illyria a few times. The camp loaded were none to pleased with this small army of sassy mini Valkyrie following him. He hates the whispers from those stuck in the old ways and has gotten into multiple fights about it too.

He is not prepared for when they get older and start dating. This male will absolutely panic the moment one of his girls says they have a date

When they are younger he likes to nap when the girls are napping, and their favorite place to nap is hidden from the world under their dads large wings. It’s not uncommon for mom to return to find all of them in their bed curled up with their dad.

They do however pick up a lot of Cass’ bad habits like swearing and his general devil may care attitude. It drives mom crazy.

Cass still has his annual snowball fight with the other bat boys, but he also has a snowball fight with his baby bats. Yes it is him against the mini Valkyrie, and he has “lost” every year but it is his favorite thing in the whole wide world

The Lord of Bloodshed is an absolute softie when it comes to his mate and girls, but he still has a reputation to uphold any one who says shit about his family will absolutely get wrecked.

Later down the line after one or two of his girls had gone through the Blood Rite (See absolutely crushing it), his mate has another babe, this time a little boy. And boy howdy Cass does not know what to do with a baby boy
