Its still so funny that they even thought to put this in the game in the first place. Yeah sure to get 100% completion you have to actively break the terms of service on purpose. This is normal
does anybody know how to get out of bed. or be a better person
wow
i think if jessie and james teamrocket transitioned theyd just switch their names and call it a day. or this already happened. this is my one true belief
Yes because no one is scared of trans women pursuing social or medical transition. This is ridiculous to even say when people are out here calling egg jokes grooming.
jax, look. i know we don’t get along, but i think tigerclaw killed redtail
ohhhh youre a transfeminist? thats really cool! now really quick before we continue talking, does your transfeminism have space for isuggestforcefem, patricia taxxon, and the countless other massively lolcowed trans women? just, yknow, asking.
you are now a cat in the warrior cats universe! Spin these wheels for your name!
Do you like it?

hm.
it's so hard to be socially conscious and also maintain a friendly relationship with people i work with
like there's only so many times you can say "hey don't say that, that's rude/bigoted/a dogwhistle" before everyone just stops talking to you. nothing changes except you're alone now. ask how i know.
it's easier to ignore the slightly offputting tranny than to actually change how you act dontchaknow
right, I'm not supposed to blog about anything serious or I'll get censored or deleted or whatever. how about that world cup, huh
We talk a lot about how like, fandom in general has extremely piss poor reading comprehension, but I'm not gonna lie, the case I've seen in Amazing Digital Circus is frankly fascinating.
Like, I'm not the biggest fan of TADC, I thought it was fine, but it wasn't what I would call subtle about its themes. TADC exists very firmly in the Millennial Adult Animated series subtype, which means it looks like a kids show, while being about adult emotions, and also states its ideas extremely clearly. There's a bunch of these (BoJack Horseman and Rick & Morty are the big ones in my estimations). They are extremely direct and very blunt, which is in my mind just a neutral statement. Directness is neither positive nor negative
So here comes this show, which spends a huge chunk of its runtime explaining how basically all of the characters are damaged and need to accept themselves to heal, and then spends a MASSIVE chunk of its double length final episode detailing how its biggest piece of shit character became the way she is via a mix of self loathing and fear of her own identity, culminating with her begging the main character not to love her, literally indicating that she believes her own actions have made her irredeemable, AND THEN the whole show emotionally climaxes with said main character embracing her, choosing to love her anyway...
And a bunch of y'all seem to be champing at the bit to find new ways to punish her. Honestly y'all fascinate me.
I think readin comprehension has a lot to do with it, I'm not gonna discount that, but I do believe the lion's share of this attitude towards Jax lies in transmisogyny.
Before this final episode, lookin around the fandom, Jax was considered the Tumblr sexyman of the month. A smol bean who despite bein objectively awful & abusive could "do no wrong" for some reason.
Most people who identify with fandom culture have intensely unexamined transmisogynistic ideals. Hell, most people do, regardless of fandom affiliation. It doesn't shock me that when a character, who used to be shielded by fandom's protective love of abusive men, betrayed that categorization by being trans, it caused the general tone to shift towards one of accountability. An insatiable. An over-sufficing accountability often leveraged against trans feminine people.
I can't remember who it was who said this on here so forgive me, but one girl said
"You can tell a trans woman is well written because people still want to beat the corpse."
wow it's soooo wacky and zany that a man is professionally benefiting from misogyny by being a man, including preferential treatment by other men such as his boss at work, that's just so unusual, what a crazy twist, so wholesome chungus allyship that a man treats another man better than women
well you see, it's wholesome wacky unexpected allyship on Nolan's part because Page is still a biological prey animal and not a man in any way that matters,
it really is quite bad for your military to have an image of itself as a warrior class. what you really want is for your soldiers to think of themselves as boring professionals who will fill out a report form if someone gets a little too warrior ethos out there
i love transfeminism and being a transfeminist that is the only reason i want to talk about ways we can further our cause and stop what i think we can now safely call inter-community-conflict accelerationism. this shit sucks for everyone and it isnt fun and nothing good is coming from it.
you are fifteen thousand generations removed from stone tools
to be clear you are fifteen thousand generations removed from the invention of stone tools. not from the end of stone tools. modern humans are still using stone tools.
Flawless tags, @baddywronglegs
I thought you meant we were descendents -of- stone tools
your father was a handaxe and your mother smelt of microliths
It used to be feminism 101 that using male terms by default is bad, but then trans women wanted a piece of that pie and suddenly everyone becomes philosophers and etymologists discussing the nuances of language instead of just listening to women
