Creative system culture is realizing the OCs you made with elaborate trauma for "no reason" actually had your trauma, you just didn't know it yet.

endos grooming young systems to think they dont have trauma because they split an alter without major trauma happening right beforehand despite not needing significant trauma to split once youve developed a cdd
refusing to let you process trauma resulting in a strained mental health and extra roadblocks to recovery is dangerous especially in younger people. endos arent harmless. stop saying they are. endo neutral is also ableist
Sysculture is splitting two new gatekeepers because people won’t stop digging into trauma memories

How many fictives/alters do you have, and do they have any longevity?
Me and my headmate have been around for over a decade and are cemented into the roles and forms we have. There's only two of us, myself a Dib, and Zim. I'm curious if that's abnormal.
It's weird being an adult and still having this going on. Not weird bad, but weird isolating, if that makes sense.
Hope you're having a decent one,
M.M
Hiiiii!! Um, I don't really wanna share how many alters we have due to personal reasons, but, yes. All of our alters have longevity. Even if they don't front often, they're still in the background doing their jobs and keeping us as afloat as they can.
We're an adult as well, and I'll admit, since we were diagnosed with DID at 15, we kind of thought we'd be 'better' by now, but we're still 'sick' (for lack of better terms). So we understand a bit, but it's also all we've known our whole life, so we can't exactly say that it's weird, as final fusion would be weirder for us, so we're working towards functional multiplicity instead. It's slow-going, but we'll get there ^^ and we hope you can get to where you're happiest, too!
Also, don't worry. It's more common to have a lower headcount than a larger one, and it's not unheard of to have an only fictive system (seeing as it's always possible that your brain latched onto those characters when you were younger and identified that they'd be the most useful to your specific situation)
A mind controlling villain just dropped dead when they tried to controll you. As it turns out, you're basically a psychic landmine.
Sys culture is getting into new media and praying it doesn’t become a comfort media (it’s Hetalia, if we introject from this it’s so over.)
.
sys culture is hating your mother because of what she did to you but also missing your mama so bad you cant help but cry like a little kid
.
I am not yours to pity. My trauma doesn’t make you allowed to pity me.
Normalize accepting you're wrong about having DID.
Normalize accepting it might be a different disorder.
Normalize not calling people who were wrong with their suspicions fakers.
It's okay to suspect a disorder and turn out to be wrong. That's what research, suspecting, and getting professional help is for.
sysculture is finding out that your "dead" alters(it was the only word we had to describe it) were dormant or fused and the "dead body" we saw in innerworld was our way of coping with the grief we felt as individual alters. [ex: we had an alters 'brother' 'die' in a fire in innerworld. in reality, he went dormant because we couldn't handle the memories he held so he had to go dormant a long time ago]

hc did culture is not being allowed to write anything even anonymously here due to silence programming ..

And no, I'm not being intolerant, you're being a shitwit.
syscultureis getting gaslit by people who know you have DID
"Well you let me do XYZ before, but you forgot since it was another alter."
no the fuck i didn't

Hello. My name is Jamie, & I'm 20. I think I'm fictionkin (you probably know what that means.) I'm looking for other people like me, & it seems that a few of you are in the same category. Is it okay if we talk?
Hi Jamie! I have a couple counter questions. >=3
1) Do you know what DID is?
2) Do you know the difference between what a fictive is and what being fictionkin is?
3) What does being fictionkin mean to you?
You can dm me if you wish, I'm just curious ^^ /g
HC-DID culture is being constantly worried that your handlers will find you again, or that the cult will try to reach out to you spontaneously :[
