Nobuyuki:

Goes to same accountant as Yukimura.

Always brings stuff in on time.

He seems like the kind of guy who’d have a lot of stuff going on, but all it is is employment income and pension plan payments, plus dividends from the family corp.

Shigezane:

Brings things in over the course of a month: a bank statement here, a crumpled stack of receipts there.

He’s always so friendly and apologetic about it, so you can’t really get mad even though you want to.

Brings in a giant gift basket to the office when his return is finished.

Tax season AU - headcanons

For @alva-radio, whose adorable little sketch of Saizo trying to do his taxes with a triangle ruler and a compass is my current desktop at work.

This is all very Canadian tax oriented because I work in Canadian public accounting.

Nobunaga:

Definitely pays an accountant to do his taxes - and who can blame him, he’s probably got millions of dollars in investments.

Any questions they have, he replies with, “ask my investment advisor. I pay them enough.”

Gets antsy if his taxes aren’t done by a week after his information was in at the office (first come, first serve? What am I, a peasant?!)

Owes more than you’ll make in a decade. Is happy he owes less than he was expecting.
