I think the craziest thing I've learned in the last six months is that I could be skinny if I wanted. Which both is a very freeing discovery and kind of makes me feel shitty.

Shitty because it kind of makes me feel like I have this superiority to other people which isn't at all fair. Like "Oh, these people are trying so hard to lose weight, they're so desperate, while I can do it if not easily than simply."

Because I did. I buckled down, changed my diet, changed my exercise patterns, and accidentally lost 40 off lbs.

Imagine what I could do if I was TRYING.

Which is very dangerous and I wouldn't because that way eating disorders lie but MORE IMPORTANTLY

I DON'T ACTUALLY WANT TO BE SKINNY

This is the freeing part! When I say shit like "I'm happy being fat", you'll always have people being like "Well I'm sure you think that but you'd be skinny if you could"

And this whole experience is just teaching me that, no. I wouldn't. Because I'm not. I now know that I COULD be skinny, and it wouldn't even be that hard. I just don't fucking want to.

Which is awesome, I love finding out that I actually live by my principals.

Anyway, don't forget, skinny doesn't feel as good as life tastes.
