I’m Jewish-offical! A few things before we get started.

- I’m Jewish. Emphasis on the -ish. I’m not fairly religious and mostly identify as a Jew based on our culture.

- I do not speak Hebrew. I went to Hebrew school for 13 years. They did not do a good job. I can read and speak it, but I can’t understand it or communicate in it. Most Hebrew I will post was done with google translate. (Words I already know of and need to check spelling)

Disappointed by the antisemitism that I’ve been seeing recently either due to or amplified by the war.

So friendly reminder that Judaism≠Zionism!!! It's basically like saying Christianity=MAGA to argue otherwise, they are both completely different! Zionism and MAGA are both far-right nationalism groups. Judaism and Christianity are both religions. Not all Jews are zionist. Not all Christians are MAGA. Not all zionists are Jews. Not all of MAGA is Christian. ITS REALLY THAT SIMPLE

Sometimes I think it’s annoying when Jewish representation in media always has to have a hanukkiah up in everyone’s faces to prove that they’re Jewish and then I remember that’s literally what mine and so many other Jewish houses look like :|
