SLIGHT IRON LUNG SPOILERS

Okay so out of my usual posts and what not I wanted to talk about Markipliers movie iron lung specifically the costuming because I absolutely ADORED the outfit Simon was put in like genuinely it feels like something that could be thrown together by someone who doesn't have a lot to work with and it makes the situation simon is in feel more real but one part I wanted to point out was one of the patches and I haven't seen anyone point it out before

On the right side above where the human heart would sit(Im not an expert in anatomy so if I'm wrong correct me) the patch there looks like a heart and I think it really adds to Simon's character alot because he isn't some scientist or expert going down to explore he's a human being with a heart that beats and wants to live I might just be rambling but I thought it was super cool and I wanted to point it out.

I love Scott Pilgrim and I recently got myself a new guitar and I figured since my playing skills are worse than Scott's id go ahead and draw myself in his pose

I'm actually pretty happy with how it turned out however I do wish I could have gotten my skin tone a bit lighter since I am NOT that tan I wish I could tan like that and the band on the arm is marker I draw on myself a little too much

This drawing was mostly to practice expression with the body since I often times try to hard to show emotion through the face (though that doesn't go to well either)I mostly wanted to focus on movement and depth which I hope I achieved

Having ADHD is so fun because sometimes youre looking for something that you use regularly and definitely put away in a smart and reasonable place and you have absolutely 0 hope of remembering where and finding it. And then other times ur like "hmm I need a some kind of small pointed object. I feel like i remember seeing a paperclip under the left couch cushion a month ago, i wonder if its still there" and it is

"wait but if u saw the paperclip why would u just leave it there?" its the adhd. Also if i had put it away then i wouldnt have been able to find it a month later when i needed it. So. Checkmate neurotypicals.

Problem is when the ADHD catalogue is out of date, when you go to check under the couch cushion for that paperclip and it ISNT there, sometimes your brain will just give you a montage of false memories of everywhere you've ever seen a paper clip, like this

Floorplanner. Design and furnish a house for you to use for having a consistent background in your comic or anything! Free, you need an account, easy to use, and you can save multiple houses.

Comparing Heights. Input the heights of characters to see what the different is between them. Great for keeping consistency. Free.

Magma. Draw online with friends in real time. Great for practice or hanging out. Free, paid plan available, account preferred.

Smithsonian Open Access. Loads of free images. Free.

SketchDaily. Lots of pose references, massive library, is set on a timer so you can practice quick figure drawing. Free.

SculptGL. A sculpting tool which I am yet to master, but you should be able to make whatever 3d object you like with it. free.

Pexels. Free stock images. And the search engine is actually pretty good at pulling up what you want.

Figurosity. Great pose references, diverse body types, lots of "how to draw" videos directly on the site, the models are 3d and you can rotate the angle, but you can't make custom poses or edit body proportions. Free, account option, paid plans available.

Line of Action. More drawing references, this one also has a focus on expressions, hands/feet, animals, landscapes. Free.

Animal Photo. You pose a 3d skull model and select an animal species, and they give you a bunch of photo references for that animal at that angle. Super handy. Free.

Height Weight Chart. You ever see an OC listed as having a certain weight but then they look Wildly different than the number suggests? Well here's a site to avoid that! It shows real people at different weights and heights to give you a better idea of what these abstract numbers all look like. Free to use.
