So my very matter-of-fact lil bro said to me the other day that the lip thingy-majiggy that sits on the edge of the new skatepark near my house was going to tempt some kid to jump it and land in the middle of Mission Street. I was all, "NOOOO. Physics blah and he'd have to gain enough speed blah blah."

The restaurant in Flushing says a group of elderly patrons drive away business by sitting for hours, while the group says they are entitled to take their time.

This story has everything! Sex: "Neither a Burger King nor another McDonald’s, both within a few blocks on Northern Boulevard, has the same allure." Drugs: “Do you think you can drink a large coffee within 20 minutes?” David Choi, 77, said. “No, it’s impossible.” Rock 'n' roll: "And still — proud, defiant and stuck in their ways — they file in each morning, staging a de facto sit-in amid the McNuggets."
