So, I had someone talking about the struggles of pronouns while writing queer fiction. When characters use the same set of pronouns, things can get confusing. I sort of realized, I don't have this problem. Why? Because I always write at least one of them as nonbinary! So either use they/them and then the romantic partner uses he/him, or the nonbinary person uses two sets of pronouns, like he/they, and when interacting with the he/him and could get confusing, I switch the pronouns.
So, obviously, that is one solution. Give one of your characters the nonbinary treatment lol. Obviously that doesn't make sense for everyone. So I came up with another way we could annotate to make it less confusing, at least while we work on finding more traditional solutions to make it less confusing and easier to write.
Each of the characters has their pronouns written differently.
Like, for example, throughout the story, we write Character #1's pronouns as he/him and Character #2's pronouns as he/him to show the difference. You can ever do that for each of the character's names too, if it doesn't get too repetitive and you want clarity, but I think the pronouns should be enough.
There are ways of tactfully using a combination of names and pronouns, and know when to use them properly to avoid this, but in fanfiction spaces where this is a hobby, and some only do it for fun and don't care, or aren't at the skill level to learn those sorts of nuances, this could be an easy way of insuring that it's never confusing for your reader. Obviously this works for sapphic storytelling as well, just change the pronouns to she/her. But it was just a thought I had for us to use in fandom spaces when writing fanfiction. Obviously this isn't a solution for traditional novels, but for us, it could be a tool that makes it easier for both readers and writers to convey what we're trying to share.
If you're the type to use bold or italics for emphasis in your writing, you could also look into maybe colours if your platform allows it. But with this, accessibility starts to be an issue, especially for those who use dark modes. So please keep that in mind.
But that's all. Just wanted to share. Maybe people already have been doing this, and others already found their own solutions, but if you hadn't, I hope this finds you and helps you out in your writing endeavors. Keep writing, no matter what it is.

So, I like to check what Cove becomes between steps and usually I won't change what it's set to, I just wanna see what my impact does.
How did my Cove in my current playthrough go from a cold and sporty Cove to a warm and studious Cove in between those five years lol. So, I actually went through and adjusted him so he was more mixed rather than completely the opposite end of who he normally is.

Small rant as a rewatch Gravity Falls for the millionth time. Spoilers ahead...
So, there was a theory going around that Dipper and Wendy should be swapped on the Bill Cipher wheel. It was a pretty convincing theory and I didn't think it'd be that bad, until I'm rewatching Season 1, Episode 19, when we meet Bill for the first time...
He calls Soos, Mabel, and Dipper "Question Mark" "Shooting Star" and "Pine Tree" which is a reoccurring nickname he uses for each. Which are their symbols on the wheel. You could make the argument it was based on appearances that day, but Mabel wasn't wearing her shooting star sweater. She wore the sunset one. Obviously Bill would know who was supposed to be each. So that theory does not actually make sense and is false. There is no deeper, hidden theory on why the circle didn't work, aside from the older twins fighting, breaking the ritual.
Okay, end of rant, just wanted to point this out, just in case people missed it and were thinking about this theory.

Okay, but with the release of Error143's DLC and learning about Micah in high school, why aren't we discussing either a high school AU or even university/college AU with Micah, Caspian and Angel (either generic MC or OCs)
Is this a minor soft launch that I'm working on a university AU for Micah and Oliver? Possibly....
